What is ASMR???
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. Low-grade euphoria: a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin. -Wikipedia
After discovering ASMR and greatly benefiting from the amazing, therapeutic content out there, I decided to re-create my own childhood tingles and nostalgia! And I hope that these videos will provide you with the same calm and relaxation I've experienced with ASMR. - Zábava

This takes me back to my childhood when my mom would do my hair in the morning. She used the hair ties with the hard plastic balls on the end. She would get my hair in ponytail or pig tails as tight as she could, smooth it, & spray it so it would stay.
LOVE this one. The snapping of the hair ties added to it. Hair styling videos always give me tingles. I think this one gave me the most tingles. 🥰 I felt it to the bottom of my spine. I may have been so relaxed I drooled a little🤤🤷🏽♀️

It's absolutely awful seeing them like that and they are so small and helpless. My daughter has hay-fever/ cold the last 3 days, runny eye's, runny and stuffed up nose, and sore top lip from all the rubbing with the tissues. May your niece make a full speedy recovery soon hun. Ylenia T. My pace is determined by my mood. :) I don't like pretentious slow brushing... it's too fake. That's why I hated all my hair brushing videos except for the first 3 I've ever made and some exceptions.. I couldn't figure it out why I hated them. And then I realized it was because I was trying to make an asmr video vs. just brushing hair! So depending on my mood, will determine the pace lol! ;)

I love asmr but some of you'll need to be more quietly and realize gentle as well. The sounds are to relax us... Not so loud to our ears especially if we use headphones to put us to sleep
