This tank has been nerfed for patch 1.21.1, the version of this tank that Skill is playing here is the pre-nerf 1.21 version... The version YOU will be playing in patch 1.21.1 is significantly worse than what you see in the video...
2 critical stats have changed that make this tank more loathsome:
* The engine power went down from 1000hp (the version Skill is playing here) to 900hp (the official version advertised in their blog post, youtube video and tanksgg stats), meaning you'll now need a turbo to match the previous hp/t stats.
* The gun aim time went UP from 1.82s (the version Skill is playing here) base to 2.21s base (the version wargaming is advertising, and the version YOU will be playing)
These two nerfs IMO destroy the more unique aspects of the tank, which are supposed to be accentuated to make this tank stand out from the rest (great power-to-weight for a heavy tank; surprising gun handling for a 390 alpha heavy)
This is not to berate Skill, I love the madlad (for any faults berate Wargaming, who knowingly gave him this version to play before suddenly nerfing it for everyone else creating false marketing)... But it is important information to convey BEFORE you embark on the grind (or simply pull out your wallet).

It feels like a polish leopard, from what we saw in the video at least.

This reminds me a lot of the tier 9 Lorraine 50T. Paper hull, half-decent turret with nice gun depression. Good dispersion values & handling with dogwater DPM. Mobility is on the slower end of the spectrum. From what I'm seeing, it's a support tank that can't really push alone, but it's small enough to be able to use cover effectively.
Might pick it up, but will also take out my BZ-176 for a ride when it comes out and farm the inevitable tourists that will drive it.

this tank have greta turbo++ gun -9 depression and is low profile so not comparable tanks
@@axelp4722 I think you are confusing the Lorraine 50T with another tank. It has -10 deg of gun depression and a solid gun, aside from the lack of dpm.

If it connects that well. I don't mind the DPM. As with most 390 alpha guns on tier 8 with 9 or 10 sec reload. They miss way to much on medium range. This is more or less like the Lowe... Or could have been if it had the side armor.
Would love to have that kind of MM. Top Tier 3 games in a row.

Won't lie, I was hoping for the WZ-111 Model 6 mainly for its 3D skin. On paper, it seems like an improved Skoda T56 with an inferior gun, but with vastly more penetration. Oh well, better luck next time.

Looks like a twin brother of polish tier 8 tree heavy - paper hull, decent turret, great gun. Overall I prefer tanks like this over crap like bz176

Em not rly. Armor is irrelevant nowadays and this thing do have some turret armor paired with good depression and mobilty so IT could be nice Hulldown tank that can easly get proper spot to operate

Almost no armor + 390dmg gun that reloads 11,39 on upgraded pink eq, looks shitty on paper tbh, good players will make it work but overall for average player it will be bad asf

you should try sidescraping with your back against the wall, I think it could take a lot of shots without prblems,Im doing it with many of them if is easy penetrete front side
Looks like they nerfed the aim time from 1.82 to 2.21 for the next patch. At least the WGing article is showing the nerfed stats

dpm and the face of the turret. even the mantlet is 200mm of armor. so yeah, in a week everyone will know, that you can just shoot it in the face with regular ammo.... good luck on the ridge line:)
Whenever i consider taking a new tank I go to Skill to check how are the things. And even then I consider from what i see:
skill level of my play will drop 60%
i dont use food and directives so that will drop my performance even more but what I can do: check positions, level of aggro and armor etc.
Skill, every tank working in your hands and pls say hallo to your daddy in wg so he sometimes may have mercy on my poor soul 😊.

Gun handling > any other stat, I'm going to get this thing and enjoy it a lot.
People enjoy playing the is-3. And this tank should mostly be compared with that. But trading its armor for better guncomfort. Just like the 50tp does vs the Defender. I have the feeling this tank will create some high damage done games dispite it's dpm. The gun handling but also accuracy just allows you to hit more shots over shooting faster. Forget about the armor.

Upper plate should be at least 200 MM frontally, then this tank would be a heavy tank. The turret weakspots are fine.
You forgot about gun mantlet which is also 200mm of flat armor - most tier VIIIs can penetrate that without "gold" ammo. Entire turret front is weak for HT standards
It won't be played hull-down well when people learn his huge weakspots(I know that's the thing with any tank but in taht case weaksport are too easy to hit)
It will be played hulldown anyway, the thing will be how much you wanna risk and how good is your reaction time and what is your opponent.
its not that horrible, just dont sit in the open , all you need to do is peek do dmg, and run away

Every Premium tank perform super good for first 5-10 games. Its even not a conpiracy.

Its 5 for day, you can get 1 for dayly quests, so 4 = 200 points. 5 points per game = 40 games per day.

Maybe if they change type of tank to medium and incress max speed to 50km/h it would be good tank.
This is a very good tank for good players. Those who don't take unnecessary risks, can good hull down, can find angles, good gun handling... And it has alpha, that in my opinion is better than DPM. (Renegade laughing hard right now hahaha) many people will struggle aaaah lot
So with top speed of 40kph and pretty good hull traverse, does it play more like a medium than a heavy?

Hey Skill, when we see that there are plenty Tanks with low dpm coming in the Game, ist that maybe a sign that Wargaming wants to slow down the Battles in this way? I dont think it works but maybe that are the thoughts. Kepp up the great work.
Even if that is the case, if they don’t nerf the tanks that are too strong, it still wouldn’t make the game situation better; it just wouldn’t make it any worse.

Can someone please confirm? @12.45 When he was aiming at the Skorpion, his crosshair was aiming at the Skorp but the auto-aiming circle was jumping up and down between the target and the rock wall. I always thought I have to wait until the circle to be aiming at the tank, but doesn't seem like you have to... this will be a game-changer for me.
It depends. In situations like this where the aiming circle is on a destructible object that the shell will pass through you do not. If it is on a piece of indestructible terrain or object then yes, you need to actually have the circle on the vehicle.

Uk tvp and ebr tier 8 where marathon vehicles as well, you could get them for free. Both are strong

Interesting video. This confirms my opinion that I was going to take a hard pass on this one. The time I'd have to use to grind it isn't worth the result to just end up with yet another hull down heavy tank. Add to the fact that this is not the version that will be available through Battle Pass and it is a no-brainer.

call me stupid, but one reason i don't like Iron Arnie that much is gun handling: yes, hidden stats are good, but base accuracy is very low for a medium(0.42). Truth to be said it looks better than 122 TM-and they are pretty similar.
It doesn't look bad and is solidly balanced, but I don't have a single reason to spend so much time on it. I have 50TP, T56, Renegade, Bisonte, Emil 1951...
Specifically renegade is kinda better in every way. Won't stop me from getting it just to have a tank to play when I don't want to play the Rene tho

The tank looks great, the gun looks promising, plus, it is actually balanced. The playstyle remainds is-3 or 53tp with a much more accurate gun. It's actually looks like a trend, because last battle pass reward tank was t-832, which has bad dpm, but an accurate gun

Well I haven't received it and already completed all the missions.
I think this tank will play a lot like the Caernarvon AX or a Patriot. I know it might seem a bit different from a Caernarvon AX or a Patriot but both have bad hull armor, decent turret armor tier for tier but still with some weak spots (Patriots turret is better), and a pretty good gun only with less alfa (Caernarvon AX is better than the Patriots). With these two tanks you have to try to play hull down and in uptiered games you have to play more passively or like a medium tank and I think this tank will have a similar play style. Unfortunately, I think that it means that this tank will have a high skill cap to play well and won't do well in the hands of most players, it will also be dependent on the team more since its more of a support heavy tank, and it is also situational, these are also very true of the Caernarvon AX or the Patriot in todays meta, especially if they are lower tier in a game.
No it won't, just the fact that this has 390 alpha compared to 230 or 240 makes it play so different to those.

@@ThePussukka but you have better dpm and quicker reloads with those two. So I think its still going to play very similar. You will have to peak less and get more in a single shot, but otherwise still play just as carefully. At least the T34 has very good turret armor not like this tank and thats why I think these two will hover closer playing styles.
@@darkholis8274 I don't have that tank but from what I understand that is probably a closer comparison than the two I mentioned, with the higher alfa and slower reload.

The difference is that the Iron Arnie with be matched against a medium tank and this thing will be matched against a heavy tank. If you're playing Iron Arnie your team basically has an extra heavy tank.

@@skill4ltu Yea, I did check it after and it was indeed 40 stages in 11 days for shrek, 50 in 10 days is insane, WG getting greedy again this year.
This thing looks like a huge pinhata for the BZ-176 users...oh well. The 50TP prot seems a little bit better in some areas. 11 seconds reload for 390 is bad as hell. It looks like a bad IS-3 prepared for long engages, long battles, which isn't today's meta, maybe it was 4-5 years ago.
I know it's not related, but I loved the company that advertised while I was watching your video. They claim to be able to fix Tinnitus, but their pronunciation of Tinnitus wasn't even remotely correct LOL
We still need 15 episodes and we were taking 56 tp but because of the lagg of the game and the limited time there should be a bonus time at least one extra day some kind of limited time is not fariplay the World of Tanks

This tank reminds me of Iron Arnie the other way round. More like a medium classified as heavy tank, whereas Arnie is more like a heavy tank classified as medium. Apart from that, I tend to think Arnie is A LOT stronger (if not OP) than this 56TP because of its strong frontal armour and 300 mm pen with gold rounds. At least this is not another OP tank in the game!
I feel like the comparison with Iron Arnie's a bit off, though. Iron Arnie's got quite a bit worse accuracy: .42 on Arnie vs. .33 on 56TP without any special equipment. This is a big difference. I feel like a better comparison is 56TP vs. T832
@@berrywarmer11 well its way worse than t832...n Iron Arnie is miles better than both of them...dont forget it was skill playing...u n I go playing bz s will drop 800 nukes on that shyte 150mm upper hull....even the turret cheeks r 200 mm...so good aim by 225 pen BZ can still go through when u r hull down.

I really feel like this tank is going to surprise people. It's like a more skill-based IS-4 in my opinion, as long as you're controlling engagement and angling in an unpredictable manor, people will waste a ton of their time just waiting for the right plate to shoot at (aka ruining their dpm). It's got some glaring weak spots, but they're not all visible at once, and if you're moving it's gonna be a hard time to pick a spot to aim at.
You've probably meant is-3, yes I agree. The DPM and alpha damage wise they are pretty identical

On average, how many hours of play would it take for the average player to obtain this tank if they had paid for BattlePass (or does buying battle pass affect the ability to obtain it)?
as soon as you can get 2500 bp points, if people prepared for it, it will be 2x faster , and you could prepare for it getting tanks close to maxed bp level ( i made vid about it month ego or so)
I will sell this tank the instant it lands in my garage. There is no reason to play this tank over the 50TP Prototype.

🤔Judging from what i saw... It reminded me a 53 TP more than 50 TP.... And i think i will like😊 it or even love it. 😍 Because i loved to play with 53TP and i traded the 50TP to a HWK 30 🤪 P.S. I was still wearing my purple glasses and thinking the marathon tank will be the U.K. wheeled MT... Oh well at least it's paper and i will have an excuse to play with it as if it was MT... P.S. It's like hevyium and only 2 things are from heavy side that's DPM and the Sign of Heavy🤣 (in my opinion it will be hard one for new players to make it work...) 🙄

It's a polish tank and you have the option in the game to have crew members use their native language when speaking for extra immersion.
