This lady would sell you a house in the hood and tell you how exciting it is at night.
Some people like the hood, John. Sheâs not an agent so she canât really sell homes đ€·đ»ââïž
Also, people watch thrillers and scary movies for excitement, right? đ
LOLd irl

Yes, I know people that know her and they all say she is a pos.

Great video. thanks for the useful info and cool video of the city!
I was born in Knoxville, and lived in South Knoxville til my parents moved us closer to Chattanooga. Idk how it is now, but it use to be wonderful. I now live in Middle Tennessee, but my heart still yearns to go home to Knoxville.
I've been living here for 19 years now (originally from CA) and I did the same. Moved back to Memphis then moved back here and Knoxville is where it's at. Trust me, you'll thank yourself for moving back.
4th & Gill is cute but it is NOT a safe area. Neither is East Knoxville. Here's the short version. North and south Knoxville are the best. West Knoxville is where people with money live. Avoid east Knoxville and the older "historic" parts of downtown. And the Fort Sanders area belongs to the college kids. Do not recommend.
What can you tell me about Hardin valley?
Thank you for a no BS take. All the âaffordableâ real estate that doesnât sell within a couple of days seems to be in East Knoxville and near Knoxville college.
If politically you lean left you might consider locating to one of the many ghettos in all parts of Knoxville. Or better yet consider relocating to a more conducive climate for you like New York or California.
And this is why this CaliGirl is looking at more of a Right place to live đ
Agree. The Democrats created those hellholes, they need to live there as punishment
This is the information I'm looking for. Thanks Jim!
While I totally agree that they should move to NY or California, I don't know if I really want anyone living in a ghetto. Even if I disagree with them politically.
We are considering a move to Knoxville from Seattle suburbs. No, I will not be bringing any left wing crazy thought with me. Conservative through and through and have watched Seattle go from wonderful to shithole. Sick of blue state living!
I been to Knoxville on vacation to the Smokey mountain national park beautiful area this lady has suck a good personality and speaks so well and is so outgoing really am thinking about moving there in the feature
Looking into buying next year in Spring most likely. Love it here....
I wish you used a map and circled the area of the locations. I know nothing about Knoxville but am interested in it.
I would love to see videos on what part of Knocksville is Health conscious, with health food stores and holistic natural healing modalities? â€
Good info. Is there a Supercuts in Knoxville?
The "duck pond ", as all the locals call it,
is in fact a lake. It has an inlet and outlet,
and the sign says Fountain City Lake. : )
Sure would be nice to "see" these places instead of just hearing about it. -)
I went to a place she had a video about and it was a dead town and I couldn't believe she said it was a hidden gem... oh boy
You only mentioned schools in west Knoxville? West Knoxville if quickly becoming over crowded. House prices are unrealistic from anyone whoâs not from the west cost. Beautiful place to live but it is increasingly becoming more crowded. Great video.
She mentioned the schools, shopping, and that you shouldn't bother looking if you are poor af. That pretty much covers it. Obviously they aren't going to talk about the traffic in the west, just like they aren't going to talk about the drugs and theft everywhere else.
Jungle Jack Hanna is a Knoxville native and was very instrumental in making the Knoxville Zoo nicer. : )
a zoo? nice?
Good to know
Avi, do you have any professional public speech or news anchor training? Your delivery of the content is amazing, fluent, smooth. Most armature CZcamsrs always have hiccups, fillers when they talk just like day to day people. But listen to your speech for many minutes non stopping, none of those ever occurs, you have mastered it! Great voice too, no accent, although southern accent is a cute thing for ladies in my opinion. Can you share how you achieve this level of professionalism in speech?
Doesnât she just present a wonderful energy?? A very gifted young lady...I hope she goes far with her career and endeavors!!
What a nice thing to say! Avi does not have any professional training, but English is her second language so she has devoted a lot of time to studying grammar. She has also moved around her entire life, which has given her a non-regional accent.
Very N I C E !
Thank you!
Iâll be living here by January still looking for a place
5:15 she said 45degrees like that was warm LOL
IKR, that's freak'n cold to me!
The average high in January is 50 degrees. That is cold if you are from California or Florida. People from Chicago or Minneapolis would think that is warm.
I'm in California and 50 is cold
That Turkey Creek area looks exactly where I live now in the west suburbs of Houston. Looking for something different and charming.đ
I'm off Eldridge and westpark area and highly considering knoxville too. Just visited last week. Had a great time
@@blakelewis8547 Are you finding the employment prospects okay? I love the east TN area and a smaller city idea.
@@blakelewis8547 U of H grad here! It does have Spring Valley, Katy Vibes
Living south of Atlanta and near where the Walking Dead is filmed, the last thing I wanted to hear is how much is filmed in Knoxville. đ
She loves all the sections. She doesn't talk about the high crime, and drugs in the East. Or in Lonsdale, Western Heights, ect,,
She'd be fired for "racism" if she did. Everyone knows what makes the bad areas bad.
This is such a fantastic video packed full of information. Thank you! đ However that background music is annoying , yall donât need it. It only distracts.
Noted!
Are there many plus 55 communities to retire in?
Is Farragut TN a good place
I would like to learn more about Knoxville Tennessee
No donât move here
and while driving down broadway you get to dodge the homeless, get cussed out by them, watch them OD or get approached by a "WORKER"...................i know. i'm from knoxville.
Great overview, very good looking woman but LIGHTING! Get some pro lighting! There are pros on youtube that can show ya how fpr cheap.
Sheâs wonderful to listen to. No uhs, ums, like, etc. sheâs beautiful too.
Which one of the different areas would you recommend lo live? Thanks
Powell is great!
@@OurHomeRealEstate How about Maryville? I was thinking Farragout, but no longer since I heard it's a liberal cesspool.đŹ(another YT Realtor from Knoxville mentioned the political climate there)
@@candysmith8724 Farragut is a lovely place. We as an entire county (and state) are "red"
@@candysmith8724 Maryville is where I would go if I left East Knoxville. I'm about 20-30 minute drive east of Knoxville in the country... Blaine Tn. Here are a couple interesting things close by... Cades Cove, The Lost Sea..
Where is the cheapest best place for 55+ conservative non drinkers etc to retire in an apt or housing authority?
Maryville TN is booming haha
Maryville Towers.
Idaho.
Best thing to do is leave Knoxville, it sucks that river is filled with toxic chemicals, and someone got attacked by an alligator at the nature center.
This question is for the poster, or anyone else that would like to reply. My fiancee and I are thinking about relocating to Knoxville. We are both Respiratory Therapists. What hospital, or hospital system, is regarded as the best to work for?
University of Tennessee Hospital and Tenova are really big here. Children's Hospital Downtown is fantastic too. I moved here 4 years ago and I just love it.
I own Our Home of EXP Realty, my wife and I just delivered our first son at Ft Sanders Regional and had a great experience as far as for an OBGYN. Park West is a very popular hospital as well. UT is one of the largest and in downtown!
The Covenant system owns like at least 10 hospitals in the area. I worked for them for 24 years- great non-profit system.
Bro anywhere near magnolia is ass đ. She tryna set yâall up
I plan on moving there this fall ,but I plan on living in my car ,is there safe spots to park every night ?
Stay in San Francisco
Considering moving to the country side near mountains what advice do u give
South Knoxville
email us at team@oh865.com!
Moving is ok just dont feed the natives. East Knoxville is ok by days, but night well.
I'm currently living in my car on the west coast. Are there any good spots to live in my car in Knoxville? I vote red btw.
"i vote red btw" đđđ
Get a job
East Knoxville is the hood!
There are many people who are moving to East Knoxville being that they love historic older homes and the City of Knoxville is devoting a lot of money and resources to elevating the area. We are aware that not every area is for everyone, but it s our job to represent all parts of our wonderful city.
@@OurHomeRealEstate so, you should show it all and not just pockets of it. Be transparent and honest in your delivery. I'm from Knoxville, but no longer reside there. I was really surprised at how much Knoxville had not changed in almost 20 years on the East side. I was there in 2019 for my grandmother's funeral.
@@terrilynwoodfin8980 everyone has their own opinion. You think itâs hood, some may think itâs the greatest spot in Knoxville.
Good thing is everyone can make their own decision based on what they like and donât like.
Thanks for feedback, though.
@@OurHomeRealEstate hood is hood. A good thing to maybe mention when you talk about different cities is crime rates and demographics. Family area or more retirees, etc. Needs vary by lifestyle. Thanks for the general overview.
I lost count of how many times she said knoxville.
What areas are dangerous in Knoxville. We all can't live in the rich areas.
The places you saw in this video are not the ârich areasâ. Especially 4th and Gill⊠nice historic homes that have been renovated while dodging the homeless..
Cut the music.
lol low property taxes. Sure thing. Still higher than what I'm used to
where the ratchet 304s at in Knoxville? that where i want to move
you are not telling the folks what EAST knoxville really is about in this area.............
Right⊠I would hate for someone to move to east Knox based on this video. If they like dodging bullets, I guess that would be the place to be.
don't forget to mention all the hispanics that are somehow able to afford to live between papermill and cedar bluff. i don't see how they can afford the rents..........they seem to be alright people for the most part but they treat their living spaces like a third world country.
Is this Knoxville TN or NC?
TN
I do not want to hear music in the background. And I do not like alcohol so don't talk about breweries
They're not going to change the way they make their videos based on your opinion. Those are YOUR hang-ups.
PleaseâŠless Chamber of Commerce salesmanship and more house-showing. Why do I feel like she is talking to third-graders?
Lazy video. Why should I see your face all that video. Instead real city!
Weâre sorry you donât like our video⊠good luck commenting on other videos. Great vibes!
I loved watching yourâŠâŠ video đ
