I did the whole inside of my f250 it has worked great, installing some in the doors today. It makes a world of difference. I used Stinger deadning brand.

That is good to know, I bought an extra box for the Winnebago's doghouse. The previous Winnebago I had lined it with a similar product and it made a noticeable difference.

I lost most of the footage and wasn't able to do the video. For a truck you order premolded flooring that you just drop in and trim. It just lays on top and the trim pieces keep it in place.

How does it do as a insulation from cold and heat?
I can't say for sure, but I would guess it doesn't make very good insulation from the cold or heat.
