Hey Jason wondering where are you? Ok. Georgia. $1200/night? Split that with 3 other couples. Not bad. I’m not a rustic gal but this is nice. Lovely kitchen and living room. Amazing views. 2 primary suites? Love the en-suite. Amazing shower. Nice balcony with dining. Nice couch swing. That outdoor kitchen and seating with fireplace is amazing. 2nd main suite nice too. Lower level is nice. Balcony. Hottub. Camron? No Eric and haven’t seen Alex in months 😢. This is really nice Jason. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Nice video and commentary. I travel to Blue Ridge a few times a year for leisure with our family. We spent a month in Blueridge this June. I can tell you that a $3 million dollar cabin up here is beautiful but definitely out of touch for the area. There's a handful of people with a little money but very few in the $3 million dollar range. Most cabins are in the $600-750K range pre-to-mid bubble pricing. I think there will be cabins this nice in the coming years after the upcoming recession ends. I'd take it now or later, believe me :) I just think it's out of place for the time being. They did a wonderful job with it and the video is great too. Good to see a video showcasing Georgia like this.

The greenery around the mansion is the most I have seen on any channel. It's a great place to live to be close to nature. I can't believe the mansion cost just $3m. What's the catch? If I was rich, I would snap it up and maybe find out later. I would rent it out as a holiday home for short bookings and for my nearest and dearest to holiday there for free. I WISH I WAS RICH.

I love the fireplaces , and almost everything else , but I don't like the railings , they make it too symmetrical ? Too modern ? Idk. But I would love to spend the night !
I've been in this house during the Parade of homes 2020 during construction & 2021 when it was done. Beautiful house, but I've seen ALOT nicer on these tours. House is overpriced because it's in Blue Ridge, which used to be a nicer town before all the Atlanta weekend warriors started coming & overcrowding the town. Again, nice house, but there are better out there that are nicer styled, huge fireplaces, better creek access, and not around other homes (this street has 5-6 other houses on it, not far from this one).
As a fellow resident of Blue Ridge I agree with you on it is getting way to crowded and downtown blue ridge is getting ridiculously expensive even to park. Even Mineral Bluff is getting crowded with these bluming rich people building huge houses like this one as a summer home.
