As a great fan of Hayden Christensen i have all the Anakin Hot toys produced.
This one is clearly the most beautiful and special but light side Anakin (Mms 437)is a real beauty too…and the prices are damn high for the light side too.
The clone wars one is also a fantastic figure that will be a grail in time.

@@thejediknightswatch last year was impressive,then i sold majority of the figures cause i was changing my home and do not know why i was thinking about change my priorities,to stop spending so much money in Hot Toys and Star Wars…

Yeah it is! Crazy money!
Of all my SW figs, this is probably my fav, although like you I find the on/off switch on the base to be poorly placed. HT seems to always miss the boat on their battery-powered features; its either too difficult to access the batteries, or the switch is inconvenient.
If you look at the base long enough, you'll see there are numerous lights that are dimming and brightening to enhance the lava effect. Also, the base has a built-in temperature sensor that shuts off the lights before they overheat; after it cools, you can turn the switch off and then on again to turn them back on. I wonder how many people assumed the batteries were dead and threw perfectly good ones away?
It's a great figure with a great base. I'm so glad I got it when it was in stock. Just take care of the pleather.
That’s awesome that you were able to get it for retail. Def will be careful and treat the pleather to hopefully avoid any peeling.
Careful with the changeable hand @ peg, will broke if keep changing. Happened to my dx13 before even I didn’t change it often. Happy collecting!

Great pick up! I regret selling mine off before he went crazy on the secondary market. I just can't justify getting him back unless I find a super deal on him. Congrats on getting him though. He really is an amazing figure!
His prices are getting crazy! Hopefully one day you can add him back to your collection!

Thanks! I picked him up on eBay. I decided I really wanted him and reissues are never a guarantee.
I’ve just bought dark side anakin. Could I not just buy the light side head sculpt to swap out whenever I want too?

Yeah you can but you will end up spending 200$ - 300$ just for the head.
So put another 300 $ and you will have the full figure…and this figure is also an investment
