In Episode 1, eight of the world's best battle rappers check into the "House of Slaughter", along with team mentors Loaded Lux and Murda Mook. It's all fun and games from the outside, but tension rises as the hours tick closer to the first battles of the tournament. Tournament judges Slaughterhouse show up to greet contestants at the house, but when Murda Mook comes in with a surprise wild card entry, it becomes clear that no one is safe in the House of Slaughter. Episode 2 premieres on Fuse Wednesday June 25th at 12am ET / 11pm CT / 9pm PT.

Nope...the culture scared Em off. It had a chance to propel higher than the state it's at now for more money, notoriety and musical chances, but the fans basically called Em a culture vulture. Mook actually talks about it a lot. It's factual tho. Would've been a nice edition...that and verbal warzone would've been one of a kind with the narrative of some background and overall thinking from higher tier battlers. Sure RBE and Smack would be competing for the crown, but Total Slaughter and Verbal Warzone would be solidified due to its uniqueness. Quiet Room battles need to come back too

I watched the show on Fuse and thought it was dope, but it doesn't cater to ppl that are new to the scene. It's only 30 min and doesn't introduce the battlers to the audience. I thought the whole point was to bring in a new audience. Total Slaughter said they could've easily made episodes an hour, but didn't want to water it down and just focus on the bars.. what?? I think they felt pressure from hardcore fans not to "commercialize" the culture.. so what's the point of this if you're not trying to bring the culture to a larger audience?
Naw they actually said its not for new fans, or to "put ppl on to battle rap"...they said its geard toward ppl that are already battle rap fans..
I know they said it's geared for fans of battling, but that's kinda counter productive since battling doesn't have a large fanbase in the big picture.. I know Total Slaughter wants the mainstream audience to find them instead of forcing it down consumer's throats, but that's backwards IMO..

So what if there's 4 episodes you all do realize that the battle is on July 12th right? There's no time for a major seasonal show it'll lose interest for the fans. They'll just rather hear who wins then to watch the whole season up too the battle. So four shows are good, keep fans in tune with the battle. But the ppv event is the key to everything. Imagine ppv events watching it live. This will be a multi million dollar industry soon.
