Celeste is an exceptional indie game that anyone who enjoys platformers should try out. The soundtrack is ok too i guess :)

what makes me so mad about chapter 9 is that I know the jump in the pic is doable lmao

I'd love to see her in Blade Strangers. The indie characters are the only thing in that game I'm really interested in.

@@janedoe4300 Moreover, the PICO minigame you see in Celeste runs on a custom-built PICO-emulator within the Celeste game and is thus not a remake, but the original PICO game.

Loved this song and the final part of the game; it was such a great final section, unlike any other I've seen. I'd definitely recommend this game to anybody that can play it, my failures never made me blame anything other than myself and the overall message is great and really taught me something.

I'm in total agreement with you. The last two chapters of this game are _SO_ well-crafted. It's just an overall great game.

If it's too hard, you can turn on assist mode. It can be used to make yourself invincible, slow the game down, give you infinite stamina, and increase the amount of air dashes you have. If you want, you can even skip entire chapters. The game still treats as though you played the game normally, and won't "punish" you for using the assist mode! (This is to make the game as accessable for players as possible)

Nice work - including the strawberry at the top right! While I do enjoy my more simplistic covers (most of the time without expansion chips), I'd also really like to do more enhanced versions, like you do. But it's so hard to step out of the comfort zone... Keep on beeping!

Seriously though, I would pay you for more ;_; Celeste has such a beautiful soundtrack, and you just make the *perfect* 8bit covers (I discovered your channel from the City of Tears theme in Hollow Knight).
Idea for a future cover... say you were given the chance to redo one of the b side remixes in your own vision, however thematically you want, try and make one! Pick any chapter and just go totally ham on it, expansion chips and all! That certainly would be interesting to see.

Try getting from the left cliff to the right one in this remix.
If you have the double dash, you might be able to hyper dash into a double dash.
Wavedash then do a normal dash straight after, you'll be alright
Farewell taught me some things-
If there’s not enough room for wavedash, do a cornerdash.
do a wavedash from the previous screen to reset your dashes and then corner dash into an aerial dash to get across
Extended hyper, and then up-right dash. Not that hard maybe?

I think I know how to get that strawb... go to the other screen on the left dash in the air and then do a corner dash on that small amount of rock then because corner dashes recharge for some reason dash again mid-air and bam you have yourself a very hard to get strawb

Very nice cover of 1/7 of a great song. The part that made this song good was the transitions and the way that it mimicked other themes while retaining harmonic and rhythmic integrity. With your ear and skills, you definitely could have pulled off the whole track.

I don't think a wavedash would cover enough distance. The best shot, I think, would be an extended demohyper into an upwards ultra, but even then I don't know if that'd be enough
