In my youth I was taught to earn what I need and leave something for others, but I learned others will take all they can get, more than they need, it's never enough! I still find joy in having less, less stress.
Feel the fear and do it anyway. The best way to overcome limiting beliefs is to firstly ignore them, then prove them wrong. Instead of ruminating on them, overcome them :-)
Thanks for continuing to share your inner thoughts and anxieties with us. I know it must be hard to put it out there but I find it comforting to know other people have similar problems to me. I'm not an expert, just a fellow adventurer trying to live their best, least socially anxious life, but I've found that disproving all the (daft) reasons I think I can't do something to be really helpful. It's slow work but doing the safest version of what you're anxious about a few times proves nothing bad will happen. You'll prove your thinking was wrong and get used to doing whatever you were anxious about. I hope you share some of this with the people in your life. We're all a mess on the inside, and in my experience they'll appreciate it and probably reciprocate. Least dark thoughts first though :P
It sounds like a great way to build up self belief, by slowly convincing yourself that your brain isn't always right the first time! Thanks for sharing :)

I agree! Such a nice way to live :)

True, if only it was that easy!
@@annamatthews1 It gets easier the more you do it.... and one day you'll realise that you've overcome so much and you're on top! 🙂
