"""" Also, the 3rd pullchain is for reverse. All ceiling fans in Canada that were made before about 2000 have a reverse pullchain.
I had to JB weld the blade brackets... didin't do the best job at making them balanced.
THE THIRD PULLCHAIN IS FOR REVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! idk it a canada thing
why cant it just be a swich like a normal fan?!?!?!
@@CRAIG86 I'm assuming Because a chain is way easier to reach than a switch that you need to set up a chair or a ladder to reach

ikr XD
0:56 "Da da da oh don’t mind my fan!" Got me rolling on the floor laughing. Lol😂
Naturally, the reason ceiling fans wobble like that is when the blades aren't fully aligned, which causes that rotational imbalance. Even if one of the blades was slightly out of alignment (as in a few millimetres), that can still happen. One way of finding out which blade is out of alignment is you start the fan up for a few seconds and then turn it off, and then go and stand somewhere where you can align your eyes with the tips of the blades and the corner of the ceiling, standing as still as possible. You should be able to identify which one of the blades is slightly out of alignment and then you'd be able to straighten it.

This video has aged like fine wine
0:59 I don’t know why but this part makes me laugh every time. 🤣 LOL
It’s like the fans are annoyed at what the guy said 😂
I know right?! 🤣🤣🤣
lol that wobbles like crazy
Imagine that fan on a downrod!😨
yikes!
That would be scary!!

I’d be terrified
It might fall😮

What Type Of Ceiling Fan Is That?
December 3 2016
I love fans that have a reverse chain
Very rare and cool features to have
That’s balanced very well!
I know right!
What kind of fan is that by the way? It’s a nice fan.
It's a Nadair . I don't know the model name/number. It doesn't have any stickers on it.
Yes
@@hobbycentral3516 Encon Princess Knockoff
Appears to be a spinner with round tipped blades
One of the blades is badly out of alignment because of bent blade holders. Maybe before you installed the fan, the fan was stored blades down and over time it warped the blade holder.
It's the most balance fan in the world
Finally somebody who understands!
Hobbycentral LMAO
The reason for all shaking to the other 2 fans is that it is a flush mount install. If it had a very short down rod instead, the shaking would not be as effective on the rest of the room.
Surprised it did not fly off there..LOL
***** Lol I was surprised none of the blades flew off lol They just randomly fell off while it was sitting unused during the summer, I walked in to get something and they were just sitting on the floor.
LOL! wow. thats funny.
look at ryan's bar and grill there's is 10X as bad as this

Canarm Galaxy: HOW DARE YOU NADAIR
Canarm Unity: WHY DO YOU WANT OUR BLADES WOBBLE?

Even though it's so wobbly it's kind of nice fan
Hampton bay elsathedano ceiling fan
i think i see the problem
the fan has an extra pull chain on the light kit
OH YEAH WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT?! XD
I once had an industrial fan in my room and it was literally hanging by the wires it was so wobbly that the people that moved in afterwards didn't know that it was so wobbly that it fell down.
Oof…that must’ve been terrible…did they get a new fan? Because when one of mine fell I got a replacement fan
You will need a new blade set as well as you will need to tighten the fan
That does look quite unsafe to be honest.
That too wobbly
Conner Michel I think that's an encompass princess from 1984
PineappleTurddle But with different blades, light shade, and Blade braket
I wanna see this thing on a down rod with no set screws
That would have been epic
LOL THE CEILING FAN WOBBLES BECAUSE ONE OF THE BLADES BENT UP BUT WAIT I LIKE YOUR VIDEOS
The ceiling fan is so wobbly because the blade is bent and the light kit globe is shaking on the ceiling fan. And the ceiling fan pull chains are banging onto the ceiling fan fan light kit globe.
If you straighted up that one blade on there, that should cut down on the wobbling. The reason why it's doing that is because with that blade being bent like it is, it's causing the fan to be out of balance. Other than that's it runs good.
No it wobbles because it's cursed! lol check it out with new brackets in this newer video of it czcams.com/video/EHVtlvVMbQI/video.html
That's very wobbly.
What does the thrid pull chain do on the ceiling fan?
November 3 2023
3 words. R e a d T h e D e s c r i p t i o n =D
You should overclock the motor and put car balancing weights on it to make it wobble so quickly it falls off the ceiling.
That would actually be pretty entertaining!
But that would break it don’t
don't worry guys it won't fall!
yeah totally!
That fan knows how to do the ceiling fan dance XD
That fan has a terribly bent up blade, no wonder the wobble is so bad. It has stencil blades? What is the name of this fan?
+Maverick 3458 Yeah I didn't make sure they were balanced when I glued them lol. No the blades don't have any stencil, and It's a Nadair something or other, I cant remember the model number

definitely an interesting design though

That is one messed up fan right there.i am glad that's not in my house
Yeah it's quite a hazardous unit. The funny thing is I used it for probably a month on low after this video and the blades never fell off, but when I went back into that shed in the fall two blades were snapped off and laying on the floor.
Hobbycentral !
Hobbycentral you should get a Hampton bay glendale
He could have pput a better fan there.
Kat Fan I definitely could have, But I wanted to see how good the jb weld would hold up.

Other 2 fans: what the hell is going on?!
Do a video of the same thing but the really bent looking heritage ceiling fan
maybe someday
2:09 "my light doesn't like the wobbly fan" most fans are like that mine for example I'd have to replace the bulb in about a month and the other ones are fine and I have a harbor breeze Mayfield
What’s the finish of your harbor breeze mayfield
I wouldn't have that much wobble on my fan. It makes me not like that fan, but it can also be fixed.
Yeah it's not very practical lol;
the fan needs to be replaced it wobbles so much
It probably need need a glued on the ceiling fan from wobbling
If u were wondering the third chain is for reverse and forward
This is like my old Ceiling fan that I had since I moved in my house One day it was leaning when I was sleep and in the morning I took it down and got a new fan in my room Then I put the old fan and hooked it up in the garage and it works!
Nice!
wow the fan shakes too hard that it causes the other fans to wobble too☺
yep XD
OMG Hi old account
Thing shakes the whole building lmao
0:40 - 0:55 lol, I remember doing that on my video of my Hampton Bay Farmington controlled by the slide dimmer (back in June of 2011), only I did just regular, sped-up and slow-down on my file (I took when I accidentally broke the chain off).
lol I remember that vid, and yeah I liked how it sounded slowed down twice
Oh and I like the effects at the end too, lol. :D
ZappingHero yeah I thought I would do something to make my vids stick out a little, so I thought I would throw in trippy stuff like tht lol
What model fan is in between the other two? My grandma had a fan like it that fell down in her bedroom, except hers was brown.
That is a Canarm Unity. it fell? hopefully it wasnt on top of her bed
She also had the 3 Chain fan in her dining room, but hers only had 2
abandoned ceiling fan
nice that you woundnt need to get a stool and reach up on the side of the fan to switch it. When people actually have good ideas...
can you make a nother vid of this fan and make it reverse
I would, but 2 of the blades broke off and I'm not brave enough to run a ceiling fan with jb welded blades anymore lol
This fan wobble
DA DA DA DA
Oh don't mind my fan!
Yeah 🤣
Remember when this video was called this fan doesn’t wobble
Wow three pull chains pretty rare.Mostly they would have one or two
The other was the reverse chain. They were used before the switch was invented.

I used to have a 3 pullchain fan…but we got rid of it because it kept making us sneeze a little bit when some dust flies off it…but if you wanna know what the third pullchain is for, I’ll tell you…since this was a fan from a long time ago (which it looked like), which means it was a fancy fan or a Casablanca or something idek. But it had an upper light on it and that is what the 3rd pullchain is for. (For…Some reason…we never got to change the lightbulbs in the upper light area…just left it blank)

jk it's for reverse
ey one of the blades kept going up and down why is that?
+Tylon Barnes Because they are horribly off balance lol
I didn’t know how the fan could wobble the blades on that other Hampton Bay Littleton I THINK
It was shaking the beam that all those ceiling fans were mounted to. the beam was actually barely even nailed down lol. just so you know, the other smaller ceiling fan is a Canarm Unity, and the other larger fan is a Canarm PF-42
You could get enough air by that
What is with the 3 pull chains
it is for reverse
