There should be applause for the teachers' (Mrs Smith and Carol) consistency in working with Drew. They changed a kid's life from now on. Thanks for their work and wish for the best!

This is an incredible LIFE CHANGING way for us to understand and engage in challenging behavior in the classroom. Watch, rewatch, think about it, watch it again and then share with others...

This was a really great message about how resiliency can help an individual overcome early experiences of adversity. Inspiring message to anyone who is entering a career where they work with youth. You can absolutely make a difference in someone's life!

To sum up, love one another. People who have been terribly hurt by people can heal if they get lots of love from other people. When people are loved they are more resilient to the challenges in life.
So don't kick people that are already down (which is what many people do) - you should love them instead.

Every school administrator and teacher should watch this. Our schools, communities, parents and employers need to understand that the old reward and punishment model of motivating others is outdated and doesn't work.

Show up everyday, be consistent with self love, accept yourself n forgive yourself everyday... once you start loving yourself, the path of resilience will build up on its own n specially don’t judge yourself for what people think about you
