I work in a restaurant as a waiter. I always have asked myself why sales pos don't have an undo button. Now I am watching POS videos because I am gonna do one based on my experience

@Luis, I have been thinking of that too... perhaps, some believe that it can pose some kind of threat. Imagine an order is completed and then later undone after payment has being made,where does the money go to ?
So I think that's why it's not mostly seen in POS systems. But you can research more and tailor one that suits your restaurant and present it
