Yes, its a great line indeed. It has emotion, passion and depth, but it comes from breaking up. A lot of times, probably most times, breaking up has a negative feel from one or both sides, and I believe that should be taken into consideration upon determining the greatest line in a love song.
My guess... the best line might be in a country song, not a fan of that genre but they have a lot of love songs and a lot of lines that go with. I would also think its from a real love song, one on the positive side because there are so many.

El solo de Slash es espectacular pero hay que decir que el original es verdaderamente hermoso y nostálgico
Me parecio demasiado , tiene partes buenas pero demasiadas notas, creo que hubiera quedado mejor menos notas y mas prolongadas.

Axl is just incredible and yes while Slash did just kill this solo, Axl's Voice is amazing given 3 vocal operations at the fact he is in his late 50s screw the haters he always tries his best and even tho he's not what he was 30 years ago its still infinitely better than any of the so called " Music" from Grime, rap and pop music. Rock will always live on. We have the most loyal fanbase.

Slash still loves playing his guitar so much. Five years into this reunion and having seen them live three times since then, it is still so surreal to see him embracing the Chinese Democracy songs. A decade ago this entire notion of a reunion would have seemed far-fetched, but especially the old guys playing the songs Axl wrote after they left. It's awesome.

axl si puede cantar como antes pero lo que le falla es el control del diafragma si te das cuenta que por cada pausa que hace vota todo el aire porque no lo aguanta adentro por eso canta como muy agudo y no tan rasposo para ahorrar energias y soportar un poco mas el aire si axl se pone en forma y toma clases o hace ejercicios para el control de diafragma por solo un año te aseguro que va a cantar igual o mejor que antes pero el problema es que no quiere

Muchos dicen que la voz de Axl ya es mala y ya no está para cantar, amigo, canta tu con toda tu garganta y destrozala en cada Live show por décadas a ver si no se te perjudica y luego trata de llegar a la mitad de lo llega Axl con su voz "perjudicada"
Si se destroza la garganta cada vez q da un concierto es q algo no esta haciendolo bien... Ser profesional equivale a saber cuidar tu "instrumento".
@@eduardoquesadamata5102 El simple hecho de cantar con raspado perjudica tus cuerdas vocales, pero tienes razón, Axl quizá no tuvo mucho cuidado con su voz y aparte su vida con el alcohol y tabaco no le ayudaron mucho; sin embargo, a dia de hoy sigue teniendo un poco de técnica vocal. Un ejemplo de la falta de cuidado es Bon Jovi que ni siquiera puede llegar a notas altas; por otro lado, tenemos a Steven Tyler.
Claramente Axl no canta igual, aunque con los miembros que tuvo en los 2000 en adelante me daba pena escucharlo sin voz , aunque debo decir que para el primer concierto de reencuentro se le noto una pequeña mejora en la voz que hizo recordar al Axl de los 90, parece que le hizo bien el volver con Slash y Duff , pero ciertamente no se habrá cuidado lo suficiente ya que tomaba fumaba eso perjudica mucho la voz, pero no hay que negar que tuvo una tremenda voz en sus mejores tiempos
Sigue y seguirá siendo un grande
Necesitaría bajar kilos, ponerse físicamente en forma, cuidar la garganta y un vocal coach q le ayude a sacar más rendimiento a sus cuerdas vocales.
Estamos hablando de un Axl que tuvo operaciones en sus cuerdas vocales antes del 2000

True story: After a show, Axl was like "Hey Slash what you did to this song should be considered a crime. You should have more respect for the original composers of the song and learn it the right way, the way it was meant to be played, like the other musicians did with Your songs, when they were replacing you. Wat s your excuse?"

The problem with Chinese is the name of Guns N Roses on it. If it was released as a solo album by Axl, it would be more accepted. But this doesn't change the fact is an amazing work

It was written by Axl. Also, apparently it was written around 1991 and there were demos recorded, but Axl decided to destroy rgwm and didn't release it until the Chinese Democracy era.

I really likes Slash, but for this song i prefer the original solo. It's more sentimental than this one, and fits perfect. Slash just broke the feeling of this song.

What I find pretty clear is that he must try not to run too much to sound more or less well. This is an example, he sounds much better when he is sat on the throne.
He was also in great shape at the start of the tour. He lost a lot of weight and seemed to be taking better care of himself. His vocals were fantastic during the first leg of the tour.
