As an overseas citizen myself; Trump was a laughing stock around the world. He pulled out of several international agreements and overall conducted himself in a very unpresedential matter: Trying to kiss chancellor Merkel, arriving late at his visit with the Queen etc. He was liked in China and Russia because they knew he was an incompetent leader and so was easier to control.

chocolatetang 感觉国家在这方面才刚刚开始注意吧。我觉得这种待遇以后会是常态，如果别的大国领导人来的时候。
自打民国以来有哪个领导人在故宫博物院喝茶看戏吃饭的 就怕美国人理解不了
只要级别是国事访问的，哪怕是很小的国家，都是有检阅三军仪仗队的，只不过很少直播，都是在午间新闻和新闻联播里面录播。
真正比较特别的礼遇是昨天在故宫的戏曲表演和私人晚宴，按照中国外事接待的标准是非常高了，相当于几年前习近平访法的时候在凡尔赛宫听音乐会，还有访英的时候白金汉宫的金马车。
正式访问不都这样吗
