The mods got an interesting backstory. The Creater was born in one of those numbered soviet cities and to try and capture the feeling of it he remade the city as accurately as possible in Morrowind over the course of 10 years.

@@taibasarovadil Yeah its still standing, however, Zhem ( The city its based on) was a Military city in Kazakhstan and it did really well, up until the Russians left, where it became very desolate and started decreasing in quality of all aspects, it happened to a lot of cities, especially the military cities. He managed to capture the atmosphere of a soviet city in the 1980's and from what I read, the modder holds this very close to his heart, and I commend him, he put dedication and time into recreating the city which formed his childhood and he did an amazing job

I enjoy shadow of chernobyl so much because of how rare a lot of the armor and weapons are. I wasn't a huge fan of that trader guy you can literally order anything you want from in Pripyat. Morrowind is also one of the best games of all time IMO so I understand wanting to play morrowind above all lol
This mod is based on a real military town of Kazakhstan, which is now completely destroyed and you can't find it on any map due to it's secrecy - Emba-5. Author of this mod "Ozon" - he was born in this city and decided to recreate it with topographic accuracy in the Morrowind, then in Fallout 3(in the works from 2013) and soon he will start making mod for DayZ (he announced it in his 2018 update post). Speaking of Russia and Morrowind. There is a mod made in Russia called "Chaos Heart". It's a complete overhaul of Morrowind that turns gives player MUCH more opportunities and freedom: - The main quest is redone from the scratch: now there are 3 joinable forces of the conflict (Empire, Tribunal, The 6th House), you can try to earn their trust by doing their quests, or just try to find the Kagernac's tools yourself, it's possible now. - Most of the major questlines (great houses and guilds) are redone from the scratch with more interesting branching career paths. - There are new joinable factions like Camonna Tong and the orc community. - Instead of the stronghold, you now can get your own town and help it grow. - Your main quest actions can lead to destruction of most Morrowind cities and strongholds. Yes, it's permanent, and it breaks a lot of your quests, so you have to think before you do stuff in this mod. - When you get a hight rank at any faction, you can command the low rank members, so you can make your own little armies. - The weapon system gets a little overhaul (a questionable one to be honest, but isn't so bad) - The magic system gets a big overhaul ( more restrictive than Morrowind original system, but very fun in it's own way) And yes, this mod is finished and there are no major bugs. I've been playing it for many years, and it's extremely fun and replayable. The only problem is that it only exists in Russian language and you can properly play it only with a Russian version of the game.
There might be a way to either install some overlay software that translates the text or extract it, TL it and put it back in. There are tools like this for adding English mods to the French version of Morrowind. There might be something for Russian too. Obviously, the "planets align" scenario would he if someone worked with the mod's author, did the TL then helped them to port the mod to the OG version of Morrowind.
Fun fact, some npcs in this mod have screwdrivers as weapons and they do as much damage as a daedra sword. So yeah, you gotta be quite beefed up if you wanna stand a chance against the gopniks in this mod. EDIT: I said dwarven claymore before but nope i was wrong, its even more ridiculously OP

This mod actually has a main quest and story. The author based it on real closed city Embi. There are tons of new locations, quests and items. Unfortunately, the mod is only available in Russian and is unlikely to be translated.

I am having so much friggin fun playing this on my phone Nothin fancy, just the patches. Apparently I enjoy sadism as I'm still doing that efficient leveling thing with my first character, and I'm having fun with it. This has earned a permanent spot in my mind as an amazing game, and moreso for the stories created by using it
I would love for you to make the Tamriel Rebuilt mod a series, because it changes SO MUCH about morrowind its almost an entire new game and I'd love to watch you play through it.
Fun fact: morrowind was a major hit when it came out, to the point the GameSpot equivalent was doing monthly CDs with tons of mods for the game for a long time. Modding guides etc etc.

Honestly, the Dark Brotherhood armor selling early game is really broken. I think I've got a track record of getting attack the first time I rest, but I'm not complaining.. Who wants to run around in Chitin or Steel armor..
Everything in Morrowind is broken lol. Get attacked by 3 Dark Brotherhood guys early game, sell their armor to creeper, buy ingredients for Fortify Intelligence potions and crank your Intelligence to 43,000 and then make some more potions for selling. Done you've reached 2 Million Gold at Level 2 or 3.

The voice makes me want to play Morrowind and drink Guinness. As much as i remember, it is Emba-5, a secret military launch facility now long abandoned, and a small town with the same name (now named Zhem) somewhere in Kazakhstan. The guy who lived there made this mod.

You have to rerun the graphics extender every time you change the landmass with mods. Otherwise the added/edited landmass won't load the distant land.

Honestly, the Dark Brotherhood armor selling early game is really broken. I think I've got a track record of getting attack the first time I rest, but I'm not complaining.. Who wants to run around in Chitin or Steel armor..

I always turn off tribunal until after I am declared hortator the first time. I think it makes more sense lore-wise.

Get attacked by 3 Dark Brotherhood guys early game, sell their armor to creeper, buy ingredients for Fortify Intelligence potions and crank your Intelligence to 43,000 and then make some more potions for selling. Done you've reached 2 Million Gold at Level 2 or 3.
The point imo is if you survive you deserve it. Wow i wasnt rdy first time x)

As much as i remember, it is Emba-5, a secret military launch facility now long abandoned, and a small town with the same name (now named Zhem) somewhere in Kazakhstan. The guy who lived there made this mod.
