Cluster Explained | How High Availability works | Tech Arkit

What is Cluster.? Group of independent servers interconnected through a dedicated network to work as one centralized data processing resource. Simple avoiding single point of failure.
Types
1. Storage
2. High Availability
3. Load Balancing
4. High Performance Computing
High availability (Active-Passive) - Groups nodes/members they act like a single system and provides continuous services.
Load Balancing (Active - Active) - It scales the performance of server based programs, such as web server by distributing end user requests across multiple servers.
High Performance computing (HPC) - If client required more I/O speed then HPC is more useful.
Storage - Two or more storage servers working together to increase performance, availability, scalability and reliability.
