    Thanks for posting the video. For those who will attempt this do not remove 4 screws from win module, instead remove 3 screws on win housing and pull the unit with the housing. You will not be able to pull the win out without unscrewing housing anyway. Win module housing bracket has 3 screws, one at the top and two at the bottom.
    You will need to unscrew left side of your entire dashboard all the way to the radio and hvac control, remove kick panel and then you will be able to pull the dash enough to have access. Look up videos on caravan dashboard/instrument cluster removal, just remember you only need to free up the driver side.
    The module can be taken apart, board unsoldered and contacts can be cleaned up. Look up the video on Dodge RAM WIN module repair.
    Good luck and don't forget to remove negative battery terminal before you start this work.

    I just tried following the instruction in this video, and as Subnet Zer0 commented it is the WIN module housing that needs to be taken out and not the module alone. The screw you mention at 3:54 is only holding the module to the housing so it doesn't need to be removed. The four screws you mention at 5:14 are also WIN module-to-housing screws and they don't need to be removed at all. What you removed in this video were one WIN-to-housing screw and three housing screws, and it shows at 6:53 that the WIN module came loose with the housing attached. The screws that are holding the WIN to its housing are the same kind that you show at 2:22 (round head phillips), but the housing screws that need to be removed look different (hex head phillips). So long story short, three housing screws are what need to be removed-two on the left and right side of the bottom of the WIN module and another one at the very top located between the bottom of the right cluster gauge and the gear selector. I don't know how you reached that far up from the bottom but I gave up trying to get to that screw.

      You absolutely right on all counts, though all my screws were phillips heads. Also, I was able to reach that top screw by reaching in between dash and instrument cluster, under and to the right of the fuel gauge. One flathead screwdriver to hold the dash space open and a phillips head to unscrew the top screw. Hope this helps...

      @@Minquell Thank you for the reply. I didn't have a low profile wrench to do that, but I just bought one now so I will try that. Did you replace the WIN module or did you open it up and cleaned the contact points?

      @Minquell Před rokem

      @@JP-rr5zg My pleasure. I used a low profile ratchet wrench for the 4 WIN screws and 2 bottom housing screws. For the top screw used a normal Phillips head screwdriver, it was impossible for me to reach the top screw from under the dash. I bought a new WIN for $170 at a Mopar online store, haven't disconnected the old one yet. Waiting for my locksmith to be onsite when I swap them out.

    by the way ... Did Ya know You can pop the Module apart, unsolder (5) small points, ans then clean the contacts ,! (Presto) that way it works like new, and DOES NOT Require a New Module / or a "Re-Program" on a new Module or the Key You already have .! (try it out - it works / Very Simple Soldering))
