Thank you very much. Yes, the food and especially the breakfast was typical (Bavarian) German... We all had enough good sleeping bags with us, so nobody had to freeze. :-)

But it's worth it at night, especially at around 2am until day break, those are the chilling times,. That's from my experience. A good Cognac, or Malt whisky is a good help. I like a good beer also, but it gets you out of bed too much during the night. Take care and I look forward to seeing you again.

Hi Simon, first of all, thank you very much for your praise comment. I am very happy about that.
I can't tell you the exact differences in the bivvy bags, because I only own and use the Russian one so far. But they clearly differ in price and quality. In the Russian and Polish Observer I like the dome as opposed to the German one. Otherwise they will surely do all what they should.

Noch kann man es genießen bei diesem schönen Herbstwetter. 😀👍Warum schlagt ihr den Holzhering mit einem Stein in den Boden, obwohl doch eine Axt vorhanden ist? 🙃
Haha, also ich persönlich nutze tatsächlich auch lieber Steine wenn sie verfügbar sind. Besonders bei dünnen Ästen tue ich mich leichter. Und die Verletzungsgefahr ist in meinen Augen geringer als mit einer Axt. Horrido und viele Grüße, Martin 🤜🏻 🤛🏻

Servus, ich glaube aufgrund der aktuellen Lage wirst du außer durch einem zufälligen Privatverkauf nicht an so ein Teil kommen.
Ich hatte den über einen Händler bei e..y Kleinanzeigen kurz vor dem Krieg gekauft…schaue da auch immer wieder mal nach, aber da gibt es aktuell nichts…

I have seen the vid and I have the "Russian bivy bag" A good item for wild camping. I use a 3x3m tarp over it for additional confort.
Yes, the bivvy is really good. So far I haven't used it in the rain, so I didn't need an extra tarp yet. But when the time comes, I'll think of your tip. Thank you very much :)

@@theforestandme_outdoor also ich muss sagen die Kamera ist der Wahnsinn für das "kleine" Geld. 4k und die slog und hlg3 Farbprofile von Sony zum nachbearbeiten in Davinci sind ebenfalls ein Träumchen. Muss aber zugeben das ich von Nachbearbeitung was Farben usw. angeht noch keine Ahnung habe, da taste ich mich gerade ran. Ich hab mir zwei gute Objektive und noch ein Rode Mikrofon dazugekauft und bin top zufrieden mit allem.

What are your thought about polish bivy? How it is compared do carinthia or BW ? Was there a lot of condensation inside?
Hi, I think you mean the russian bivvy?
For the most part I'm happy with it.. yes, there is also condensation, but no more than in any other bivvy. For the price (120 € at the time) I think it's perfectly fine.

oh okay sorry, now I understand it... it's the same (purchased license) as the carinthia observer just via the manufacturer Callida, as far as I know there are no differences.
@@theforestandme_outdoor interesting, carinthia is ~860€, polish one can be easily find for ~200€
right... a huge benefit! my buddy stefan has been using it so far and i'm actually considering buying it too!

Es war sehr kalt und von Erholung kann man nicht sprechen 😂
Hat sich aber gelohnt, lagen 40cm Schnee, und kaum eine andere Seele war unterwegs.
Highlight waren die Spuren eines Wolfes 👍🏻
Zur Ausrüstung:
2 Schlafsäcke (comf 0grad)
4 Lagen für den Oberkörper
2 für die Beine + Lammfellschuhe für die Füße
Morgens war alles eingefroren und auf mir lagen trotz der Tanne 2cm Neuschnee.
Um 6 war alles eingepackt und es ging im Dunkeln mit Schneefall weiter
