Brother, There is a vast difference between the chemical composition of Black powder and Flash powder. Charcoal is used as the fuel in black powder while aluminium powder is used as the fuel in flash powder.
Brother you could try 1:1 ratio of magnesium and kn03 for a faster reaction, or if you have access to perchlorate use the normal composition, 7;3 ratio of perchlorate and dark a1 powder.
You have to mill magnesium powder and kno3 for atleast 24 hours, no need of sulfur, the result will be super powerful flash powder that has a good pop to it.
Right but potassium chlorate is very volatile in nature so it's become very dangerous composition in flash powder. In many countries it's banned to be used.
It's very risky to make because this composition is very sensitive and volatile in nature. So don't try to make it yourself. Potassium Chlorate with sulfer & red phosphorus makes very high impact sensitive mixture.
KNO3 and Sulphur ko Ball mill karke very fine powder banakar Aluminium powder 999 grade mix kijiyega.. Video me regular mix show Kiya hai.. use ball mill for better results.
This is niitrate based flash Powder so it caused slow reaction. It's very safe because there is no chlorate compound used in this recipe.. thanks for comment bro..
It would burn much faster if you dry out than ball mill the KNO3 and sulfer both to extremely fine powder. Adding a little magnesium or titanium powder gives it extra spiciness too.
