I am feeling the same frustration. To the point that I don't watch. Thank you for doing this because following the show by watching your recaps is more preferable than watching the damned thing.
Yes I literally just skip over majority of episodes and just look forward to these recaps, it used to be my favourite show as well!
I can't stand the "soft" Lala, it's all fluff. I don't know if they're setting her up to go on the valley but that's a thing that has popped up in my head a bunch of times. And Scheana is just disgusting I can't stand her anymore. Lala makes me sorry that I bought my send it to Darrell hat.
I think Lisa Vanderpump is behind the Tom's being pushed as good guys and it's all financial.
@@ressa119 I saw somebody else somewhere say this and I think it’s so true. Lala saying “I’m soft” is a little like a man saying “I’m an alpha male”. If you’re really either one of those things you don’t have to announce it.
Ok hear me out… an after, after show with the producers, editors, camera men, light and mic guys. That is the take we need!
I don't like this VPR season. The way Blah Blah, Broke Brock and Diva Scheana has turned on Ariana and Katie like they did something wrong. It looks fake and scripted especially by Sandoval and Schwartz, the apparent favorites!
We had such high hopes for the season too, and the girls rallying together - there was so much potential.
I agree and Sheana and Lala keep pushing the narrative that you'll understand at the reunion, I'm sorry I don't see anything happening at the reunion changing the fact that Sheana and Lala are shitty friends.

It’s all so disappointing. I never thought it’d be Lala that would bring down VPR. I don’t mean cancelled I mean not believed. It’s really making a difference to how we view the show.
I’m not tuning in bc of Lauren. I just watch recaps.
I hate to say it, but I hope this is the last season. The producers could've made this the BEST season yet. It was all right there for them, which makes this infuriating. We wanted to see the women band together and trash the Toms. It wasn't that hard, which makes it the most frustrating. Every other season someone has messed up, they had to gravel.

One of my biggest problems with Sandoval is he so entitled he had an extra person affair with Ariana‘s friend best friend, but he’s pissed off that people are mad at him for it and get over it seriously
I firstly feel if it wasn’t for a filming situation. None of them would talk to Tom again, but they’re forced to for the show. It’s gross.
He is SO entitled! I just can't imagine what's going on in his head that he thinks the audience will sympathize with him because his mistress 'cut him off' when she was actually working on herself.
More like working on a plan to victimize herself and blame her partner in crime. While torturing the person she betrayed.
I agree - there was so much potential for the girls to band together and dominate this season. The Sandoval victimisation and redemption arc is incredibly disappointing. Lala and Scheana have hit an all-time low this season for me. This last episode, seeing how excited and supportive Ariana was at Lala’s party and then seeing Lala talk behind her back was absolutely heartbreaking 🥺
This is the season we deserved!! It's super surprising too considering the fan reactions to the girls banding together was positive. For some reason they're betting it all on the Toms.. and it's true it must be hard for Ariana to watch the season back seeing how everyone is speaking about her.
I stopped watching a few episodes ago when it became obvious they were pitting the women against each other. Lala has made this unwatchable.

I really baffles me that Sandoval could have tried to have a ‘redemption arc’ to a degree & really played into him being sorry. But he is so stubborn and truly not sorry for the trauma & heartbreak he caused. He is only frustrated & jealous that Ariana is getting ahead of this with incredible deals, hosting gigs, etc. He has no love for their past 10 years & is more upset that Rachel backstabbed him. I couldn’t imagine what this is like watching this season back as Ariana. Especially Lala & Scheana’s jealousy
This is who Tom Sandoval had been! From the beginning, no one noticed because Jax was so vile. Bur Tom has ALWAYS like this... I clocked him from the episode when that girl came to call him out for sleeping with her while with Ariana. And everyone believed him, when it was obvious he was lying.

It's really become more clear that the Toms flew under the radar because compared to Jax they seemed tolerable.
I love that you bring up, we're seeing Sandoval for who he truly is. It's jarring. He can't break from his true character flaws. You can run, but you can't hide... in the closet.

We get a heaping helping of LVP's internalized misogyny, yet again. I will watch til the end but it'll be hate watching. This is likely the last season of this crap I'll watch. I'm with all of you on this one.

This is a train wreck of a season and it’s disgusting how they’re trying to pick a part the victim to find reasons to be pissed off at her…. It’s almost as sick as what Tom has done. It’s they had no problem ostracizing Kristen when she was out, they didn’t self produce. They just found the reality of the moment her getting her life together after that secret of her and Jax came out and all of the people ostracizing her and eventually she came back into the fold. I’m not sure why that wasn’t the plan for Tom instead of forcing him down peoples throat.
It's so true, we've watched the girls be ostracized (due to their own bad behavior to be fair) for a heck of a lot longer, i don't get why they couldn't let this play out on it's own time instead of fast tracking forgiveness and redemption based on zero growth.
Lala is absolutely the biggest hypocrite ever. She went off last season on Tom Sandoval for playing pickleball with randall. Now she's siding with him over Katie's feelings. I think all the Bravo shows would be much better if they were filmed closer to real time. We shouldn't have to be doing so much math to figure out when it was filmed and how much time has passed before it aired. We're watching something that was filmed almost a year ago while listening to podcasts in real time showing the friendships are clearly over. So what is the point of watching the show?
@therealcouchwives, I stopped watching this season after the episode that Brock decided to spill Katie’s private business to the whole world. I do not understand why the powers that be thought it was going to be a good idea to move forward with the show in the way they have in trying to save Tom Sandoval’s reputation and throw Ariana under the bus like this but it’s beyond gross and I will not support it. T Sandy is lucky that he’s not dealing with criminal charges and on a Registry and this is who Bravo has put all their eggs in a basket for!

I think this is the season that dooms VPR. Ariana is going to leave, Lala and Scheana are going to join the Valley, no one wants anything to do with the Toms and James is blowing up as a DJ. At most, I think there is one season left and that’s it.
This Sandoval era is so pathetic and awful. The nails, the ego, the way he speaks about the woman he was supposed to love is just so incredibly cringe.
Sandavol makes me vomit! Scheana & Lala are disgusting & not worth a paycheck their loyalty to Ariana sucks and I’d never trust them again how sad you are jealous of how hard Ariana is working to make something out of these options she was given-had she not preformed so well she’d have very little she turned these offers into WINS! -her performance on DWTS, her serious & great performance on Broadway and the fact it was extended and had the best run of ever with her performance -that wasn’t given to her, she made it how tremendous it was! She then earned more offers for other jobs , nothing was just given to her! She didn’t have an Assistant go get the razors and batteries like Scumdavol ! Their whining is disgusting & they will never be genuine friends again because Ariana should never forgive their crap! After all she even did share a couple of commercial with those two -I don’t hear them ever thanking her for that … when they sang !

I can’t believe I didn’t think to ask this sooner, but are there any women producers working on VPR? We collectively keep asking who thought this was THE narrative? Who thought it would be doable only 3 months later if this was the direction you wanted to go? Now I’m asking who was in the room who said all the wtf’s then that we are all saying now, and who proposed the alternative narratives we all assumed (and were excited) we’d be getting and got shot down? Was there anyone? I want the footage of the editors and producers creating the season. That’s the storyline I’m interested in.
Afraid LVP was part of it -she’s been too in favor of the Toms thru all of this ! The fact she can still bare Sandavol ‘s presence and eat ice cream smiling at him doesn’t work! Where was her head-the fact Tom played on her own brother’s suicide was disgusting but Sandavol
was playing that entire scene he wasn’t in a suicidal depression-His ego was just pissed but he still had it and all he narcissistic additude! The way Sandavol uses Schwartz & Schwartz is so stupid but devoted to Sandavol is too much ! He should have split his connection to Sandavol when Sandavol went out and played Rock Star and left Schwartz to have to handle the new bar and all the troubles he left them with….. all Sandavol did was buy Schwartz a pair of sneakers and it’s supposed to be all better and forgiven !
I don’t think producers are giving Tim a redemption arc or a good edit. I think Tim is self producing which is why he comes off as such an idiot. He chose to “work on himself” with ice baths, scream therapy and journaling but is not even going to a therapist because they would call out his bs and show his lack of accountability. How convenient! No one is making him cry in a closet. We can see from interviews outside of the show that he has not changed (he’s gotten worse).

The show is horrible. Also Lisa using Tom saying that you know Kyle had to look after me I had to remove the guns from my house. Trigger for Lisa because of her brother. Yet did she forget Ariana was going through it that just doesn't go away in a blink of an eye. I don't like Lisa this season. I really didn't like her at last year's reunion. It's so obvious they're trying to make this all about Tom and he at every chance he gets his ruining it. It makes you wonder was you always this dumb or did Ariana do a lot of damage control for you. He knows his little mumbling is triggering Ariana and he takes every opportunity to do so. It's really bad the show is cringy cringy cringy

I think their “gotcha” is that Katie is annoyed with being “stuck” with a lot of the Something About Her stuff being the one who is in LA. Which is completely fair but I think Lala is going to play it like Katie is being a fake friend and “talking shit” behind Ariana’s back when it’s completely normal to vent about a friend you’ve gone into business with. I’ve worked with close friends before and sometimes you just need to whine for a second and then you get over it. Why needlessly hurt your friends when you know it’s not actually something that needs to be said to them? It’s so fucking duuuummmbbbbbbb

I love VPR. I couldn’t STAND Rachel, even before we found out she was a horrible person. She was just so dumb! I like seeing what all of the ladies are doing and Sheanna and Brock and their sweet little girl. Lala is fun. Katie seems so much happier than I’ve ever seen her. I don’t like all of the drama and fighting, so I’m cool.
When VPR ends... where will these kids end up?? Chili's??...Let's face it... the story is over...I could see Swartz selling hot tubs.
Tom sandavol grows more and more into a narcissistic weed every episode and Tom Schwartz is just a highschool kid who never left school, Scheana is more narcissistic than Tom sandavol which is crazy!!! I love this show Vanderpump rules, but it needs to end. I don’t know. I’m so sick of watching 40 year olds acting like children. They need to get real jobs and get back to reality. I really wish the focus had stayed On people working at the restaurant

I am so sick of everyone sayin Ariana is the good person the one we need to protect. She I a cast member that never stood out until the affair happen. Tom has always been and will be that guy that give you the ick. Schena is the “pretty” girl that wants to be liked by everyone. I think everyone is overthinking everything. Yes- this season is lackluster to say the least; however, they are trying their best to make it interesting. Because they don’t have a common ground to meet up like SUR, they have to find ways to include people to come. Everyone is making money now and they don’t want to do the show anymore because they have different ambitions. I say lala and schena join the valley, Tom square should have a spin-off and Katie and Ariana will be working off screen or hosting tv shows. James is djing. It feels like this show is coming to an end. But please everyone stop talking about how Ariana is not a bad guy. She isn’t innocent either the way she behaves.

Oh my goodness, people see things so differently. No one likes to see men cry! In my opinion. Remorse.......? How do you display remorse? Tom has already said enough about what he did was not a good thing. To me that is enough. His actions have no evidence of being not being remorse. This conversation is all up to inturpation.

I think you'll find the reason this is trending so hard and people are on Ariana's side. It's because the people who used to watch it back in the day don't anymore and the people who do now haven't been watching from the beginning that that's the truth of it. That's what it is. The younger people are watching now and they're just mad for what happened but they don't really get the Ariana was never his girlfriend to stop. It was all a ruse to be on the show and have a job in Hollywood because she wouldn't have one otherwise
