Owlet Encore for 2024!!!

In addition to the description in the video intro, all owlets look to be healthy and strong. Although I was unable to record when they flew off out of sight, from the directional dives they took to under the bases of other nearby trees, my best guess is that they were honing their targeting instincts for when they are full-fledged hunters. (For now, even though not observed with these young ones, owlets still have their food brought to them by their parents at this age.)
As well, only one clip was muted entirely due to the folks talking within a foot of the camera. Several other clips do have some voices in the background, but those were not muted so that the owlet screeching and other natural sounds could be heard in context. (And it was obvious to me that I wasn't the only one thrilled to see our owlets once more!)
