Sorry I cannot recommend speeding on any roads, but in terms of radars you can use Waze to see radars on the maps...

I would suggest somthing around 600cc if you are already experienced riding bikes...for new riders 400cc bikes are a good start.

Police in Dubai are very kind and understanding of it...as long as you drive normally and not cause any disturbance to public. If we go and simple Rev near hospital or residential area etc they can still fine.

In summer not possible according to me...it gets too hot to ride bike you will reach office drenched in sweat. In winter no issues but summer I switch to car.
