Check out the What’s Wright? with Nick Wright podcast: sprtspod.fox/WhatsWright_YT
Nick clearly doesnt watch the Sixers..... Embiid does that ALL THE TIME..... even when healthy.... if he thinks his free throw is slightly off thats what he does to will (to cause something to happen or someone to do something from the sheer power of one's thoughts) it into the basket.
Do you see what happens when people who don't watch the Knicks play try to make a commentary about the Knicks. Nick has no idea what he's talking about and Chris no comment I don't even know who that other dude is smh
“Ja is out (of the club)? Y’all have a morals clause?”
“Yea, the pat downs thing, it’s a whole thing, it’s hard for him.” 6:12
😂💀😂💀😂💀😂💀😂
That part was crazyyy and Nick was patting himself down too 🤣🤣🤣
This show is just bonkers good
These guys are brutal and I love it 😂😂😂
Debating sports with Nick Wright is now officially on my bucket list 😂
😂😂😂
lol I’d watch! I’m not much of a debater 😂
does anyone know what NBA team Nick Wright supports?
Don’t do it bro lol
@@kaysheye7784 No

@@freemaxb6533The herd really isnt all that good
Colin is unbearable this isn’t even a thing
I completely agree 👍
“GIVE ME THE KNICKS!!!” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Chris is too funny
I’m glad he chose the Knicks because last time Chris chose a Philly team to win (The Eagles) they got first rounded
Chris Broussard is a national treasure, he is highly respected but also understands this is entertainment.
Glad First Things First moved on from Brandon Marshall(not the right energy) and Jenna since Wildes had to small a role with her hosting.
Perfect number of people and the right combination of chemistry.
1 down 3 to go.
@@hectorrivera9032 beating the sixers must be your championship…smh sad
@@isaiah5654 not at all just one of 12 we need.
swear on the club superstar art you need to have Ja outside the club stuck at the metal detector with a gun in his waist lol I’ll be weak
Gun humor while First Things First fans would get it probably doesn't work in 2024.
I was even thinking Plexico Burress reference with him literally shooting himself in the leg at a club but probably not appropriate.
20 minutes of video starting with hands beating table, just love from me
The way Brou adjusted his mug as he concluded his "GIVE ME THE KNICKS!" soliloquy. An absolute thespian! 😂 7:30
Broussard is a pro😂
The first player that come to my mind when y'all were talking about players who suffered injuries in their careers but they were good is Tracy McGrady, you can't leave him out... T-Mac went head-to-head with Kobe many times for best player in the league when he was in his prime until he hurt his back
Yep, same here.
He was a great talent.
Penny was better all- round player in opinion. Injuries robbed his first ballot entry to the HOF.
and his teams made it further in the playoffs without him
@@TheRulersBack18those magic teams he was carrying in the beginning of his career were terrible outside of him, stop it
They really act like Donte hasn’t been one of the most lethal snipers in the NBA this season. Yes, Brunson is amazing but Donte is a silent killer that no one seems to acknowledge. Not to mention OG can get hot from 3 & take over. Dont understand why they act like Brunson is the entire offense with no help
That’s the point our best kept secrets and bogdonovic and McBride the Knicks are full of silent killers we beat everyone so far now we jus gonna put ppl on notice gain
Donte is solid, and OG is a great defender, completely mid offensive guy, in the playoffs they have Bogey who can go off and is an offensive talent, but in general? Compared the 6ers on offense? It’s a non contest
Cause they play ISO for Brunson 3/4 of the game
@@Cultivated.injured Joel and Tyrese isn’t gonna make it close considering they barely beat the heat

@@wovenweb what does that have to do with anything I said? Watch the season, not 1 game.
Damm did everybody forget the sixers picked up Buddy Hield😭
That’s not gonna make a difference😭😭😭
It’s because he’s been garbage after the first week
The sixers are garbage without Embid. He is only about 75%. He is a step behind. They will struggle.
Buddy Hield has averaged barely over 10 points with the Sixers since that first week where he was great. He's not really the difference maker here. He could have one or two big games but let's not act like he makes the Sixers a big 4 or anything
Knicks/6ers game 7 in MSG would be SPECTACULAR no matter the result.

The hardest worker in MSG is Jalen Brunson!!!
He is unbelievable
and thibs works him even more
Brunson a dog no doubt but Tyrese Maxey enters the chat. Not saying better, just saying that boy younger and a hard worker. Nova boy so it's all love for both players! Maxey's young career needs to continue to blossom hopefully they both show out!

Lol we get it....this doesnt have to be posted on literally every video
Embiid does that every game at the free throw line
Its so embarrassing to watch national media be clueless about this
I swear I've heard 5 different national talking heads be like "oh wow so strange" and every sixer fan is like "oh we see that done multiple times a game pretty much every game"
Embiid looks completely out of shape. I'll take the Knicks in that series with a bullet.
Primary, secondary, tertiary, *quaternary* Def, had to look that up.
Yup, I is no smart😅
This has become by far my favorite national sports show ❤❤❤
A lot of the Knicks physicality is from Julius Randle even when he’s not playing well
Nick looking for "quaternary"
Well played, sir.
werds r hard
What is quaternary Alex?
Correct gen, good for $500.
y’all forgetting bout og anunoby
They're forgetting about the WHOLE Team, minus Jalen Brunson. These casuals have NO idea how good our NY KNICKS are...NONE.
No we do, its just not what you think it is. Thibs got these guys playing like every game was the playoffs while everyone else was coasting until the playoffs. The record, the blowouts, the toughness/hustle....it isnt what you think it is, but youll see.
@@williamblackfyre4866 Nah YOU’LL see lmao. Knicks got the best player in the series. Compare Embiid’s trash playoff numbers to Brunson’s. You must’ve forgot Hart, DiVincenzo, and Brunson own Philly. Villanova plays some of their home games at the Wells Fargo Center too. Y’all gettin cooked. AND that’s without an All-NBA/All Star Caliber player in Randle.
@@Ssjiskkidjj i like the spirit but y'all do not have the best player in the series lol and you can't talk about embiids playoff drop and call him trash, and then call julius randle all nba in the same sentence when he is **literally** a bigger playoff dropper than joel (who drops due to consistent injuries in the playoffs) without the defense. It'll be a good series though
@@kenan-b Brunson is more impactful and efficient than Embiid, ESPECIALLY in the playoffs. Brunson will clearly be the best player in this series. Randle does regress in the playoffs but he’s not the leader and best player on the team. And it doesn’t necessarily mean the team would be better without him. He’d take some attention off of Brunson and he’s a decent playmaker so the defense would have to remain a bit more honest.
They beat an 8seed by 1pt at home without Jimmy and Rozier😅
Plus Duncan Robinson
Jimmy sat out?

The Heat lost to a sixers team with a 50% Embiid
@@LennyDykstra1right like wtf is he tawkin bout
MVP versus a great role player
18:05 "Whatever happened to that guy" DEAD
Nobody on this panel respects the Knicks. All good-keep that energy
Embiid is about 7'2" and 280 lbs. Hartenstein and Mitch Robinson are 7 feet and each 240 lbs. So Embiid outweighs each of the Knicks center by 40 pounds. He should be able to back them down and get his 20 to 25 points a game. But the problem is, Embiid's knees buckled twice against that Heat game. One sharp turn and he's out completely. I give Philly 2 games. Knicks 4-2.
Embiid isn't 7'2 and you're underestimating the size of both Knicks centers. More so, Robinson, because he's much bigger than you think.
Plus you really think Embiid is not gunna get tired hanging with them two
I'm 6ft4 and 290lbs😂😂
I have wonky knees as well. Used to be 370 ish 18 months ago😊
Nick is a big knicks hater. Straight out.
Crazy how brou can acknowledge Joel is hurt but couldn’t do that with Giannis last yr
They were first seed and got swept bro. No excuses idc

Who would of thought 🤯
I bet if Jokic got hurt you would keep the same energy for the nuggets 😂 foh
@@MeBihhhh off course. That’s not an excuse. If he play for even one minute and they get swept yeah. It’s on him. Besides Giannis played game 2 and half games my guy. Google. The one game they won was the one he didn’t play. Google if free my guy. That’s not an excuse at all
@@lamon4079 he didn’t play game 2😂
Foh and maybe watch the series. It sounds like that will be your first time
The fact it took the sixers one halftime break to figure out a zone spo drew up specifically for Embiid gives me confidence that the sixers could have a good chance to move on
i was a fan of john starks as a small child in the mid 90's but i loved those 99 and 2000 knicks team!!
nik batum as small ball 5 was a menace in la. as a mavs fan i am happy he is in philly now. dont underestimate him, brou.
It’s actually crazy Brou forgot how Batum used to ball out for HIS clipper
Can't believe Batum is still playing meaningful min in 2024, thought he retired a couple years ago.
Good for him. 👍
Thanks for the coverage guys!
Anthony Armstrong that played for Washington had a similar story but started and played some good games for the skins as a I believe 29 yeae old rookie I remember a 60 yard catch for a TD
Other teams struggling for seeding: " is doing an amazing job!"
Boston on top of their conference: "Let's talk about firing their head coach."
We are not 1-1 when Embiid plays. The one game we lost to the 76ers Maxey, Embiid, Randle & OG didn’t play and the score was 79-73.
Brou debating the Knicks 6ers series while Wildes was just chilling is just so funny to me 😂
Embid put up 30 points on 45% against the knicks this season, also had 6 TOs.
That was without Mitchell Robinson. Isaiah put up 17/6/5 on 8-9 shooting
The human foot is tough, but not meant for the pounding of a heavy 7 foot body running and jumping over multiple 82 game seasons. Many don't last long. Dudes like Shaq, Tim Duncan, Kareem and others who have long careers with relatively few injuries are amazing.
UT oh, Wildes has a new ride or die- Mazulla join the club! 😆
Been waiting on this 😂😂
Joel already had a meniscus tear during the first Knicks matchup. Pat Bev discussed it on his podcast. He was injured for a while before he had surgery.
Embiid has never been healthy or physically fit (because of injuries) for the playoffs.
Embiid will go on Playoff Futility Mount Rushmore for MVPs. He has never played in a Conference Finals
This playoffs is starting to feel like 2021 where so many star player's got injured.
i don't really know what the 4th layer of primary, secondary, tershiary would be
"I hear nothing" 😂😂😂
Jimmy Butler has been selling us wolf tickets on toughness and availability. I believe he has played 14 regular seasons but has only played 814 games. Dude has missed over 4 seasons of basketball in his career with injuries or other reasons.
Facts
And people pretend he carried the Heat to the finals last year and in the bubble
💯💯💯💯
jaime butler must have a hair appointment
They said this about the Knicks last year when they played the Cavs, we beating Philly in 6
Grant Hill didn’t have the SEVERE drop in playoff performance Embiid had. And post ankles he was nowhere near the same player. Embiid keeps returning to form and dominating the regular season only to struggle come postseason. I hope that changes this year.
Knicks in 5, you guys are sleeping on how good they are and people are way too focused on Embiid.
So Brunson can easily match Embiids point output. If Maxey gets 20, Nick believes not a single player can match that on the Knicks. Is this guy ever right? Does he watch sports?
Amazing how the media totally omits that Julius Randle needed ankle surgery during last years entire playoff run
"It's not his ability It's his availability" is the truest thing said about Embiid. Come on Embiid, we need!
Joe Mazulla isn’t going anywhere.
Embiid is gonna fall into the Derrick Rose conversation
Hands down my favorite show
This year embiid really is the most valuable player. Theyre so much better with him its crazy. Obviously im not in the business of giving mvps to players who play so little but the data from him playing half.the season shows dude was insanely valuable for Philadelphia
Wasn't that kawhi shot in the conference finals
7:31 is all I came to hear 😂
I just love these guys.
Boston has to win one game at a time..not looking to the finals
With this eastern conference it's finals or bust. Boston not making the finals this season would be one of the biggest failures in NBA history.
@connor_phillipz5689 73-9...3-1
I agree with Nick's take on Jalen Brunson. I got Jalen as the best Point Guard in the EAST so why not replace certain players that were on the top tier mountain who haven't played as much and did what he has without another All Star or SuperStar?
Butler and embiid are legendary I guess lol
Love the jokes at the expense of clownass Ja. More please.
Ja got kicked out of club superstar for having a gun in the club 😂😂
As a C’s fan I’m terrified of mazzula in the playoffs. He doesn’t adjust I just don’t wanna play against a good coach. I care SO much more ab coaching then who we play against. There’s like 4 coaches spoelstra the top who coach circles around joe. They run that trap and joe just says shoot more 3’s
Jalen Brunson will become a top 5 in the NBA in the next few years
He already is.
To anybody who didn’t watch the game. The actual turnaround happened when Caleb Martin was at the free throw line. If he misses the shots, the fans all get free Chick Fil A.
He misses one, crowd get loud. After the second, it was as if the Sixers won the championship. It was wild.
The fact they think embiid is hurt is hilarious embiid is not hurt he scored 23, 15,and 5 against the best defense center in the east while being doubled every time in a zone set up to take him out the game is funny
Rooting for my Celtics!!!
But saying we get past Cleveland with no problem is crazy to me,
I’m baffled, flabbergasted, appalled, befuddled,
See what I done there Chris B 😂😂
I worry about Embid because he missed easy buckets in the paint and he has to avoid injury to make it in the Olympics after the issue with his decision to play with USA. Knicks with Brunson, Hart and Divincenzo is tough to battle in this first round.
That Drose, Steve Nash stat is super cheeky. So many players like Westbrook or harden made it when they were young and Karl Malone and Barkley were out of there prime I think.
I was thinking that too, a more relevant version of that stat would be what players did in the playoffs in the season that they won MVP.
Barkley and Malone both won the MVP they year they made the Finals
@@juliancarneiro8411 I’m dumb, I was thinking about when malone was on the lakers . As for Barkley I wasn’t sure thank you!
@@Adi-bo5do yeah u right

Gee Nick, I don't remember Embiid getting out of the second round ever.
Nick and Bomani, best in the game.
It’s a wide open eastern conference since Butler is gonna be out of the playoff.
lets watch the first round of knicks vs philly
can’t say sixers wouldn’t beat miami “if” butler wasn’t hurt without also saying “if” embiid wasn’t hurt he’d be better
For whatever reason this segment wasn't recorded on my Hulu 😢😢.
Also Nick Wright: Buttress Watch Day 3, at least 2 times this episode 😂
This the best sports show on TV right now hands down! Whose better
Brou was this close to calling mazullas Celtics the breakdancers of the nba 😂😂
With Inside The NBA in limbo, this show may become the undisputed best sports show on tv
What a surprise, Udoka getting over praise and the light skin Christian dude getting attacked by the light skin Christian that panders. Boston has been good for a long time, giving Udoka the merit for keeping a team built for him that became more experienced and stronger due to time is wild.
“I hear nothing” - brou
This whole playoffs seems like it’s gonna be weird
The way Nick speaks on things he wasnt alive for makes me.think dude has endless amounts of tape at his disposal to know the things he knows
I would love to be on this show just for one day lol
Nick is 100% right about thibs teams they play every game like a game 7 in the playoffs every team plays like that n it usually beats them
Heat
Knicks in 5
Yea...the record, the blowouts, the hustle/toughness....it isnt what the Knicks fans think it is. Its so funny to see them think their players are 'special'.
@@williamblackfyre4866 go play dungeons and dragons...the sixers won't be able to manufacture decent defensive rotations...they're lost and haven't worked out their rotations. Joel embiid is going to be trying to play drop coverage on brunson pNr..you think he is going to miss 18 pull up threes like herro?
This is false narrative just like most Thibs discussions, Thibs usually overachieves in the regular season so his teams end up losing to more talented teams. The run them into the ground narrative is extremely tired.
i respect that nick and brou are trying to hold the celtics to some expectations. if they don't make the finals with this carpet laid out for them, i never wanna hear about tatum as a top 5 guy again
Saying the Celtics had a easy road to the finals last year when they had to fire their 1st year HC right before the Preseason and replaced him with a coach who never coached before and is younger than Al Horford is ridiculous. Plus let's not forget Jaylen Brown and Brogdon were injured the entire ECF.
It's Groundhog Day with Embiid and his playoff injuries. It's a tired story.
Embiid unfortunately just can’t stay healthy 🤦🏾♂️ I genuinely think he would be best in the league if he could stay healthy
I truly believe that these three will never have as much fun in their professional careers after this show ends. Soak it up boys, we sure are.
They bring up Jimmy playing through an ankle injury but never bring up Tatum playing in the finals with a broken hand. A literal broken hand
Edit: Fire Mazzulla? 2nd year coach who has had less than 2 years to learn how to be a coach? Listen to the players talk about him you fools
What broken hand lol he made those excuses months after he lost the finals. Apparently “fractured his wrist” not broke his hand against Bucks in game 3 when Gianni’s did a chase down foul. but he was dropping 30,34,46 points in the rest of the games in that series which would invalidate all of these nonsense excuses. He wasn’t hurt and didn’t play with a “literal broken hand” he just choked
