TEAMWORK is NON-EXISTENT in Care Facilities : ( The NURSES Do NOT Support or Demand that CNA'S Work at a Skilled and Professional Level ; or GIVE Consistent Quality Care to the Patients/Residents; or Use GOOD TEAMWORK on the Job. It is discouraging and caused me to STOP working as a CNA after many years in the field.
