welcome back to my channel
in this video i am going to show you guys how i make my selrotis. this
is one of the traditional food of nepal. i know there are so many of you who can make better selrotis than mine buti still wanted share my recipie or the way i make it.
i am ging to make a series of recipies which you can make for your frinds nd families in dashain and tihar as they are just around the corner.
the 1st recipie from the series is selroti.

INGEDIENTS
soaked rice;4 cups
plain flour/maida;1cup
sugar;to taste
ghee;4big spoons
honey;1 table spoon
funnel
oil for deep frying

Can you use butter instead of ghee?
Devi Magar not really sure...maile ta use gareko chuina ....use the Indian ghee if you can't get nepali ghee...that work great too..
m the chef many tym i try 2 make sail roti bt every times i fail by the round shape .....nice wat a nice idea for making round shape

exact measurement ta chaina.......but batter chai smoothie type ko hunu parcha....haat le roti haalnu huncha bhane bhane ali baaklo batter chahincha......maile jasto soli use garnu huncha bhane chai ali patalo nai sajilo huncha....

rainbow mama oh so sorry.......I had just written....I don't have the exact measurement as I usually go with my instinct..sorry...(again)...but the consistency should be like of the smoothie....it should be able to pour through the funnel (head of a bottle)
