Very helpful but I have questions: Does your pancreas convert "Something" into Enzymes and Hormones. If so how does this work? Or, what does it use to create them? Anything? Are they created without any help from food or other parts of the body? Please help!!!

Yes, I am also facing the digestive issue and some of the food am unable to digest like which contains protein bcoz my pancreas is not producing protease.
I decided to take the supplement just after eating the food which contains protein but this is really difficult so its better to eat the vegetables which are uncooked so that really help to cure your pancreas function bcoz you can't always take or carry the supplements

    sooo what if.....
being overweight isn't a contributing factor of poor pancreas health, but a consequence?
A consequence of a high sugar, high carb diet, and insulin resistance. And what if eating more fat is one of the things that helps to lower insulin resistance, and repair pancreas function?
When is this science going to be recognized?
