- In an exclusive interview with popular actress Divya Dutta, she promotes her new film, Sharmajee Ki Beti, she speaks about how she got into films from Punjab.
She spoke about bagging Veer Zaara with Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta and why she was scared after doing the film. She also spoke about working with Gurdas Maan and how it was a huge thing for her.
She also opens up on how she had no sisterly feelings for Farhan Akhtar while working with him in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and how she had a major crush on him and Salman Khan.
She also said she wanted to do Dil Se, but since she was called Manisha Koirala clone, she couldn't do the role, which eventually Preity did.

What a resemblance to Manisha koirala and one of the finest actress like her.
I like Ms Dutta as an actor and have always wished her well. One thing I fail to understand is the obsequiousness towards celebrities? I can understand hero worship up to a point, but this elevation to almost divinity is mind boggling. Salman Khan is a celebrity despite being an average performer; he is extremely wealthy and obviously has a lot of influence. But is power all that we admire and value? Can't we hold on to our dignity and not gush over powerful people?
If someone would ask me How I started watching Sid's interview I would tell that it was "Sonam Khan" who pulled my attention because I was watching her after 32 years.
