Careful with the laundry at the back. We've had laundry stolen like that in the past. Some people will actually steal your hanging laundry, perhaps to resell it. 🤔
Nice apartment! We live in Valencia too, great weather up here.
We'll be here for 4 to 6 months then we're moving to Apolong, not far from Apolong Brewing Company. We love the weather. I'm curious to see what it's like in summer.
We have lived in Apolong since 2022 … it’s warmer in the summer but still cooler than most places in Negros 😊

If you wanted a garden you could do large planters. A lot of people do who have cement, gravel, etc.

Thank you. I feel as safe or safer here than I did in the U.S. The people couldn't be nicer. There are parts of the Philippines where flooding is a problem, but Valencia is at the base of a mountain and still has plenty of slope for the water to run off during heavy rains. We're in rainy season currently and there have been some downpoors but I haven't seen any flooding.
In the Philippines they tend to use small wall mount water heating units where they want to heat the water (such as in the shower).

It was a rush find, but the house is really nice and furnished and the owner has been a good friend. But yeah, there is definitely mas barato.
