My little one has teeth coming in so that was my indication to stop lol she was starting to hurt me so formula for her lol not everyone’s body is the same but I know it was hurting mine and not giving her enough fat. Talk to your doc and see what they say. Everyone’s body is different

Yes! My local bbq pit place is amazing. I love supporting them🙌🏻 They offer BBQ Wedges. I get pulled pork, jalapeños, cheese, of course their homemade sauce, sour cream, and honestly whatever they wanna throw on there. It may look like a trash can plate but it’s so good🤤
Man your so inspiring I’ve lost 40 pounds since may I do lawn care and landscaping and I started to fast while I was working I eat once it seemed to help get me back to a happy and confident state sure i probably should eat more since I’m out in 80 to 100 degrees but I don’t and it helped me so much so thank you for all you do

I walk miles each day, and climb barrel ladders, and stairs on structures up to 200 feet. I could streamline my diet, and limit it to meats and vegetables, but I live in Louisiana.
I used to live by the very first Mission BBQ in Glen Burnie, Maryland. I remember at first being bummed cuz they closed a Hollywood Video to open it up. But I changed my tune quickly! Glad to see it's all over now.
I don’t eat sausage at the BBQ place, never. I love to eat brisket, ribs and ribeye. The sausage is always an enigma to me. I only eat sausages from my favorite butcher deli.
They are monopolizing on veterans. Mission BBQ does not offer military discounts to veterans so I wouldn’t say that they actually support veterans. The next time you go in ask them if they have a veterans discount and wait for the response. I found this very odd especially after seeing all of the decor. I hoped it was a mistake and the cashier was new. However, once she said no, that was the first and last time I ate at that establishment.
We go to mssion Bar-B-Q so much i have a collection of their cups in my cabinet so when people come over and ask for a drink they get one of their cups LOL My all time favorite place to eat other then my house!!!
Fasting is the most underrated healthy thing you could do for your body. When you fast, you purge a lot of radical cells that can cause cancer. I also noticed he didn't eat any carbs. I'm thinking this guy knows how not to get cancer.

I went to Mission BBQ for my birthday years ago. I was so excited to try what I thought was the closest I could get to southern BBQ in Maryland. I ordered an got the food quickly but when I sat down the meat was cold and not warm or hot. I was very let down.

I ate at the mission barbecue in Charlottesville, Virginia. Maybe it’s because I’m from Texas but the barbecue was by far the worst barbecue I’ve ever had.

Meats like that are pretty calorie dense so it's more than it looks.
