they most likely will, along with his jersey retirement ceremony. he's been nothing but a huge leader on the Bruins. from his multiple Selke wins to performances like this, he deserves to be the damn captain already

Along with losing to Montreal in 2014, after being the best team in hockey all season... Thank god for 2011, otherwise the Bruins would have been big time underachievers.

This year hurt even more though as they had a 3 goal lead with 11 minutes left in the game and then they blew it. I myself am a Bruins fan though. Was watching this game in my bedroom and switched off the TV at 12:00 to go. I had no hope. Then after the game, I was on the iPad, thinking they lost, checked the score, and they had tied it with 19:00 left in OT. I immediately turned on the TV and watched.

Steeljojo You just gotta believe. Be a true fan! I was doing homework and finished just after the leafs went up 4-1. I went into the living room, saw what the score was, and decided to watch the rest of the game anyway, and watched the entire comeback. You can't just abandon our team like that!
In fact, this whole sequence is like America vs. Russia in the Olympics; no matter how many times I watch Miracle, my heart still flips over whenever the game gets intense, even though I know the outcome will be for America. This highlight reel still has me freaking out until the overtime goal even though I know the outcome. My heart kept missing beats, my breath catching in my throat, when I watched this game with my family at the time, and it still does that now.

This game, along with game 7 of the 2010 collapse against the Flyers, cemented my absolute respect for Jack Edwards. As much of a homer as he is (which I argue is a good thing), his enthusiasm for the Toronto goals was awesome. And his ability to emphasize the importance of each moment is a reason I go to this version of the highlights from this comeback instead of the national broadcasts. I'm not even a Bruins fan, but this game is still one of my best memories as a hockey fan.

Being an Oiler fan, and obviously having to root for a Canadian team for the playoffs since my team hasn't been around since 2006 or when as we can all agree when Pronger left town, I picked to cheer for Toronto. When this epic collapse happened, I was in absolute shock blaming alot of the stupid plays the Leafs made that contributed to the loss. But then I looked back on it later and I have to say, Boston deserved this one for alot of reasons. #1, Rask who never lost his game after that 4th goal. He stayed calm, didn't blow a fuse, like he can, and made that key breakaway save near the end that could have made it 5-2. #2, Lucic absolutely owned that last 10 mins. He played like a real powerforward should. He never stopped skating, hitting, passing, and shooting. #3, The entire team stayed calm after that 3rd goal. They didn't over excite themselves and didn't lose focus. #4, Chara for being Chara, he played a hard last few. Theres a ton of more reasons, but this year, I'm cheeing for the Bruins! So go Boston go, take out Montreal and lets get to the Cup finals and win it baby! Good luck boys

I mean, you do realize that the Habs beating us this year in no way changes the outcome of game 7 against the Leafs last year, right? We still won. Watch the video. On a side note, I'll save you further disappointment by letting you know that we still won game 7 in overtime against the Habs in 2011, on our way to winning the cup. (there's a pic of me with the cup and Andrew Ferrence to your left. Nice, huh?). So don't bother checking the 2011 videos. They haven't changed either.

I always love watching this game for so many reasons. 1. I'm a Bruins fan from Toronto , and I remember watching this with my dad, a leafs fan. 2. Watching the reactions of the leafs fans when Bergeron scored in the 3rd and OT, and I still remember going to school the next day and all my friends just hated me that day q:
