I’d NEVER 👎 exceed the “20 PSI MAX to seat 💺 beads.” Ya GREATLY heighten the risk of the tire 🛞 exploding, causing serious 🧐 (or even possibly fatal) injury. That’s why this label 🏷️ is on there. Your friend, Jeff.
I have seen someone break the wire with a tire iron (without realizing) and then have the bead explode off the wheel while trying to set the bead. Violent!
Why did you install the backing plate on the outer rim half? It belongs faced inward, between the inner rim half and the avle flange. Thus the name "backing plate".
Not all wheels are two piece. You can tell if they are by looking at where the hub bolts to the wheel. If there are more than 4 bolts, they are two piece.
It depends if your machine has suspension. Machines with shocks can be run at higher PSI. Non suspension machines (ATC 90, 110, 125m etc) use the tires as suspension and I recommend 5psi.
I was dreading trying to research how to change the tires on this bad boy, but your video showed me that it is easy and doable! Thanks!!
Awesome, Justin!
great video man, can't wait to see the rest!
Chase Craiger thank you! Coming soon!
Nice video. I going to try this myself, next time .
Andrew Woodward post any questions if you need a hand!

Did you just uncover a mistake that I have been trying to hide for 3 years?
Because he put a tube in I'd assume
Let’s see you break down an old tire and replace it!
I used an angle grinder lol
@@EdgasketGarage I just ran mine up to Walmart, they popped the bead on one side quick for me no charge. I did the rest
@@rckfrdt1pwr good idea because we know that they can be a bear!

Hey Me, Check out the exploded view of the front wheel on Partzilla. It should have your answer.
Man have you ever done a Tri moto Yamaha atc rim ? Are they tubeless tires ? And is it 1 whole rim ?
Sorry Anthony I’m a Honda guy!
I didn’t know my rims were 2 piece and I didn’t know you could get a tube for them,

Wait... Is this the same with all of the 3 wheelers? I just got a 1985 honda 250 big red and had no clue you could split the rims lol..
joe t Haha! It’s my understanding that the wheels on the 1985 Big Red are NOT 2 piece.
what about 1983 185s?
Can you show us how to put one on
Check out the other 3 wheeler videos! It is included. Thank you for stopping by!
What psi should be run in the tires with tubes?

Wheres the sealant in between the rim
There is an o ring only. I also used a tube to avoid any complications or leaks. Like a belt with suspenders!
