Your guaranteed one copy in the first 200 summons and then if you didn’t get his skill page they put a nice pack in the shop for 20k normal crystals(less than 2 rotations) that guarantees you his skill page plus more. I know many players who 3-4 rotations to just get a single skill page for Julius. Not only is it a great deal but then you don’t need to used payed tickets if you save gems properly and save up universal skill page, and ssr character dupes.

Great take on that! Black Asta was a unit I was most excited to play around with. The great thing so far about BCM is that most characters are not stuck to being in a single team. With time new units could make these older units shine as well. Thanks for the video brother keep it up!

I had a total of 200000 Black Crystals I pull in the Black Asta Banner I got Licht and Black Asta in My 1st Pull and it took me 9 pulls for his Skill Page Card. Totally Worth Summoning on.
He basically is one of those units that need to be max duped if you want to use him in pvp otherwise he is going to get destroyed. Meleoleana is coming soon and she is another unit that needs to be max duped. If you are f2p there's no way to go for both, unless you have plenty of universal mage pieces. It all comes down to choosing one of the two for most players. Sure you could get both and only go for one copy of each if you are a pve only player, or if you aren't competitive in pvp. I'm personally skipping Asta and going all out for Meleoleana. The mono green team is going to be very OP in the near future consisting of Mele, Hateful Fana, green Charlotte and Vanessa.
AT 10:07 THAT'S the team i am using currently , and buffed my JULIUS AND ASTA AS MUCH AS I CAN MAKING J- 70K WITH 103% CRIT DAM , AND 75% CRIT , AND ASTA 81K . THAT team is very good , just need 1 more dupe for william for max. and man at 17:18 , 900k damage against JULIUS at colour disadvantage , even if it is asta , THAT IS DAMN GOOD.
When I was thinking about who to go between mereo and black asta I definitely set my heart on black asta because it makes choosing seasonals much easier take both charlottes and noelle and dont pull for the burn units use my saved up tickets to summon for witch queen and yuno save my crystals for black asta ez, whereas mereo means I take charmy and magna from gateway and then also need to pull for charlottes and noelle and somehow also pull for mereo I dunno seems you need to pull more units for mereo than for asta but thats just me.
even, asta works without witch queen, he is an absolute beast of a tank, and when he can, he does a lot of dmg, yeah he need a lot of investment on his equipment but you can say the same for every character in the game lol
I definitely agree with your plan I’m actually doing the same thing. I wanted to state that charmy will be useless soon most likely and while magna is awesome and becomes even better with Mero he is still not needed. Mero burning all enemies when hit plus her auto taunt passive really helps set up her ultimate. Even without that she will be a character that wants to use her skill 2 first in a lot of situations so that will set up the burns to provide her ultimate extra damage the following turn. She is a very self sufficient and independent burn unit who is going to used on almost every team possible(depending on her color).
I have to say i love the longevity of characters in this game, julius still being a viable team is so nice to see. Coming from grand cross that is where the next character counters the on eu just pulled
i'm planning to skip him for meroeleona. he's good but he is mid without dupes and my number reason why i will skip him, because we can't use normal tickets on his banner. and i don't want to spend 36k crystal just to do 200 pulls on his banner
we don't even know if in global the tickets are gonna be the exclusive ones, knowing that glibal sells a kot more than jp, i don't really think it'll happen

Im just glad that black asta is coming to the us one and to see so many people loving this mobile game. With this much support and how good it is i think its safe to say the games here to stay for a while at least
This is just my statement. I'm not like a whaler like you ( please don't see it in a bad way). My playstyle is not a risk taker cause you said that if Black Asta has 40% below HP his damage goes high but you need to fully invest him so that you would do good damage to pvp enemy team. jp kr version has gear trancedence which kinda upgrades from what i seen the main stats of gear. Plus defender characters tend to have higher CP. Also good rolls and enchant helps too.

He's like a useful clutch unit. If you have a team that can handle julius fine without him hes not bringing that much. The stun is useful for helping mirror matches
I’m skipping because green Charlotte, and blue noelle are must summons. Tanks and DPS come and go, but op supporters/healer/ debuffers are hard to come by. Plus there are 2 burn units between those banners that could help the merleona team. Black asta just doesn’t seem like a must summon. Plus his animations are Mid. If they didn’t make him so reliant on his gimmicks, I’d prolly think differently, but I’m just not into units that force you to meet requirements.

If he's still on top after S9 then I'll maybe consider summoning, but it's rlly just not worth it if ur whaling, way too risky I'd never recommend for f2p. Just go the noelle s6 char julius william team and ur good

about the block mechanic, I'm not sure if it nulifies critical hits, my SSR gauche activates his skill page passive (which requires a critical hit) even when getting blocked.

I have saved 3 Versa SSR Mage Piece and can get another one in a week. Will skip everything else. But who do I pull on the coming gateway though?

You can crit through block the proof is Julius can activate his team mobility increase through blocks.

Even if you are ftp, you should be saving up your ssr dupes, so if you have enough, you can put them in if you want

about the block mechanic, I'm not sure if it nulifies critical hits, my SSR gauche activates his skill page passive (which requires a critical hit) even when getting blocked.
