(i've never sat through a whole mukbang video before because it grosses me out lol) my only guess would be they cover their mouth pretending to laugh, cough or speak but they actually spit out a mouthful of food into their hand and discreetly throw it to a bin under the table. but even then it'd look obvious if they do it too much lol
For everyone curious how Tzuyang manages to eat all of the food, check out her Q&A video where she went to the hospital and got a full checkup. Her doctor said she’s healthy and she doesn’t have any disorders. She just digests food faster than others.
yeah fast metabolism
The tests done by the doctors wouldn't be able to diagnose a lot of digestive issues. It was all blood tests. It's possible her stomach empties too fast so her body doesn't absorb much of what she eats. It requires specialized tests to diagnose. But at least the blood tests showed that she's getting enough nutrients and generally healthy.

@@aligin Take note of key phrase 'easily eat'. She is a freak of nature and it is amazing that she can naturally eat so much. Many 'food fighter' type of mukbangers are not naturally easily able to eat a lot. I actually don't approve of people forcing themselves to eat so much and yes, wasting food. But for Tzuyang, she has to eat more than other people naturally to function normally. If you think a bit that's the point of my comment.

Tzuyang has a condition where she only absorbs 15% of what she eats. She takes 10min breaks when she gets relatively full. I guess she's a long distance eater
That condition has no impact on the amount of food that can fit in her stomach I would imagine she gets tired quickly because of it though

Tzuyang has pretty much trained her stomach to eat that much food, plus some people have large stomachs! It doesnt help that her metabolism is super fast either.

@@chesiresays To my understanding her condition basically doesn't allow her to process all the food she eats well and often has an upset stomach because of it/has to use the bathroom after videos. The average human stomach can hold up to 400ml (last I remember), most of the food she eats in one video easily surpasses that so there IS training/high stomach elasticity.

Eating fast is actually correct. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to get the message your stomach’s full so it’s those 20mins that you have to work with to eat the most possible, then you start to slow down.

I really like her videos (and less of the other mukbangers from anywhere with diseases of eating), because I think, she's really hungry and not throwing away any food easily. On the other hand, anyone may pity her for her metabolism. But she made out her way and that's why I think, she is great. In Germany, we talk about it as to "aus der Not eine Tugend machen" (kind of "make a virtue of necessity"). That's my opinion, nothing against you surviving your own challenge. 😊
