Awww! Tequila, founded 15 years before Guadalajara. To put that into perspective, Guadalajara was founded in 1542 by Basque Cristobal de Oñate, a Spanish conquistador. It was the capital of the New Galicia, part of the viceroyalty of the New Spain. My entire family lives there and we are very proud of our heritage and lineage. We have Mexico's staples, the Mariachi, the birria, the tequila, and the charro. Jalisco is the most Mexican state in the whole country 💝🙏🏻🇲🇽 There are three tequilas, blanco, reposado and añejo, my personal favorite is the añejo. My blanco favorite is Maestro Dobel.

You said the buses from Zapopan run every hour. Is there a website where I can check the timetable? I wouldn't want to show up to the bus station and have to wait for an hour!
Excited for you!!! I got it in Puerto Vallarta at one of the markets. But then I lost it on a bus sometime later and bought another one at a market in San Miguel de Allende. You should be able to find one at any market in Mexico!
Try hotel one guadalajara centro (downtown) about an hour from tequila is much cheaper and u need to visit GUADALAJARA they have buses right beside the hotel (tapatio tour) they will take u and bring u back 4 $20 some dollars,, tequila hotels are little spensive I THINK SALUDOS!!

Very good video. It is important to warn visitors that some cantaritos only try to scam and do not add original tequilas to the drink.
