I bought this mic from Amazon, a little more than $30 as mentioned in the video. Anyways, I bought to use with Video conferencing software like MS Teams, Zoom, etc. The sound quality is so much better than using a webcam mic, or the computer built-in mic. That was my goal, and it meets it head-on. Fairly small and can angle it out of view and rotate to face your voice. Very good at filtering out external speaker noise also, so you don't get that horrid Web Conference feedback. I recommend purchasing it.

@@wameii4674 if everyone tells you it is echo then idk but it might just be one person also I do have backround noise also just buy a pop filter to fix that and a mic stand for bumps
@@wameii4674 Hi there, according to what you said, it seems not a difficult question. We can help fix it up.
First about the echo problem. If you are not monitoring your voice, the reason why you hear the echo is that your environment is too spacious. You can consider getting an arm stand to have the mic closer to your mouth, so that the mic capsule will be more engaged in your voice. The result is not only the echo but also the background noise will be reduced.
Without an arm stand, you could still hear less noise by adjusting the volume knob around 60%, computer output around 80%, and speaking range to around 3-5 inches, the closer would be better. And no worry about popping sound, just talk pass the mic, you will get pretty clean audio.

The mic sponge is not quite necessary, you can achieve the same effect by turning the mic around 10-20 degrees off-axis, so that the air will not blow straight into the mic.

We recommend using the microphone only with Windows and Mac computers. If you want to use it with a smartphone and tablet, you will need a suitable adapter and it may not work. And it is not compatible for the Xbox.

Might be a silly question but could you use this mic if you plugged it into one of the USB ports on the MPC Live ?
That would be cool right? I don't believe you can use any usb audio device on the MPC LIVE as of version 2.3. I can check next week though if you want.

The mic input should be analog while the K669 is already digital input, so I'm afraid that it will not work on MPC Live.
I need help. I have this exact mic but it doesn’t work in less i hold down the volume button on the mic. It’s the weirdest thing and it’s really annoying. any fixes?

Hi there, I know the comment is 2 month ago and you may have returned the product. We apologized for the issue. But just in case other users may have the same problem. Here are some methods for finding the solution. Since you said it's unmuted, we thought it should be recognized. Though you can just go to recording devices to check if there's USB PnP Audio Device and if it give you level meter response when you speak. If both are yes, then it's just the software i/o setting caused the issue, simple fix is to change the input to the mic and output as your built-in or external speaker (specific to your own output setup).

when I use this mic there is a really weird hissing noise in the background does anybody know how to fix that
my iMac is not recognizing it at all, although I bought it specifically for the Mac. Any ideas?

Hi there, sorry for catching sight of your comment late. Apple computer uses a close system, which is less likely to suffer from a system glitch. But it also means there's not much thing you can do when issue happens. Though we still can check if the hardware problem, it's as easy as rebooting your iMac and test with another USB port and the USB-C port via a USB adapter.

i’m turning the thumbscrew to tighten the mic in an angle but it just falls straight again and won’t tighten so idk if mine came broken or something

Do you have to do settings to get better sound or dont?
Please set the volume knob to the 60%, adjust the computer input sound level at around 70%, speak range in the distance from 3 to 5 inches. After that, you are good to go.

No, but you can turn the volume dial all the way down to mute it.

Hi Danski, it's a sensitive condenser mic, you should not have to turn it all the way up. And the audio will get distorted. As long as the speaking range is around 5 inches, even with the volume set below, the audio should be pretty decent.

Could you please look into your device manager and check for sound output and input and check what's in there
Are you using speakers or a headset? If you are using speakers Imagine this could happen.. if a headset plug it in again and make sure it's fully plugged and something should pop on your screen asking you which device will you use as sound, choose headphones. Then replug the mic and another thing should pop on your screen asking which mic you will use, choose the USB Pnp microphone and this should make it work.
I don't have that option when I right click the sound button
If you are using windows 10 then go to windows menu> settings> sound. You will get your sound settings there.

Hi govind, no, it's not a karaoke microphone, please just don't use it for karaoke. And even if you insist, it still won't do the job. Because the audio is just going in but will not come out when using with smartphone. That means you can only record, unplug the mic from mobiles and hear the playback. But you cannot hear your voice from smartphone at the same time of your recording. Even you can do so with computer, the delay causing by computer will also drive you mad.
@@FIFINE Hi! I was looking to buy the K669, but after reading this comment I quite don't know anymore. My mainly use would be for musical resources (recording my voice/guitar/voice + instrumental), using it on my laptop. Would you say it's a good thing?
@@nathaliareis281 Hi Nathalia, um, I don't see any problem for K669B fiting in your use application. Govind's comment is about karaoke while karaoke is about amplifying your voice, which requires a analog microphone, speaker and even a mixer. But your application is about recording, and a USB mic is designed for this purpose. As long as you're not using it for karaoke, then it will do a great job on your laptop for recording, streaming, video call, etc.

@@nathaliareis281 As for the mix, the best practice is to record vocal and instrument separately. But you can also choose to record them together to save some time. As for the monitoring, there will be an inevitable delay. Because it's not a model with the low-latency monitoring feature. You have to look for either the FIFINE K670 or K678.

Can we connect this mic directly with smartphone..???
I've tried connecting the mic with my Samsung Galaxy A80 via a type A to type C adaptor. It worked for me although I felt that it did not have the kind of gain a computer connection would have. Still very usable in my opinion.

Hi Starx0s, once you plug the mic into any one of the functional USB port on your computer, then it's ready to work. Just make sure you turn the volume up and choose the mic as default input under software setting.

@@3lvin I do have one arm, its very nice. The tip that helped me was turning down the windows volume and the knob on the mic too. The sound of the mouse didnt go away completely, but its not so clearly like before. And of course, I did some configuration on the OBS

I haven't. FiFine has a channel on here and they should be able to give support.
Hi there, sorry for catching sight of your comment late. It could be the driver or system glitch. Just make sure the defualt in is K669B and default out is whatever output device you're going to use under system setting and software setting, then they should work well.
What do you do if mic doesnt show up?
Plz test the mic on another computer to confirm the K669B isn't defective. Then plz plug the mic into the first computer without using a usb hub, right click the USB PnP Audio Device or Unknown USB Device in the driver manager and choose update driver software, then uninstall it, restart the computer. Finally, plz plug the mic into another usb port except the usb hub. If you are using the Windows 10, you may need to pay more attention to the private setting after updating and allow the software access to your mic.

Yes. But if you plug the headset into controller, PS4 input and output will change to controller automatically. Thus, You are supposed to split the microphone deature from headset with a 3.5mm Female to 2 Male adapter, or simply use the earbuds which has two loops on its connector, then you're good to go.
@@firstlast-bd5wc Hi there. I think what you're going to plan to do with this setup is to use a smartphone as external speaker. If so, it would be better to have a portable amplifier instead. Even the K669B can be connected to smartphone via USB adapter, but there's no way for smartphone to play through the input at the same time. Btw, the K669B is recommended using on PC.

Hi there, you just need a correct adapter. Not sure which phone you use, but it will be either type C, micro-usb or lightening male to type A female adapter. But it's just for recording into your phone. You have to unplug the mic from mobiles to hear playback

Hi Elijah, just stretch the legs of the tripod stand. If you have done so, then tilt the microphone a little bit upward, then it will sit pretty stable.
