In this sermon, Jesus is exalted as the rock which is the revelation of Himself as the son of God therefore the foundation of the church. He is the chief cornerstone, the capstone, the stone rejected by the builders. The healing and restoring stone for whom ever falls on Him. He gives us power and endurance in times of hardship.
Rev Sokhela also charges the church to be a light in the community, work place and world. We are call to represent God in all space we exist in.
