If Salvinos JR is bringing back this era Thunderbird they should get the license to do this car. Maybe the could do cars from Days of Thunder and Talladega Nights too.

Great build. I wondered why I had never seen a model of this car. I drag race 2 cars, and I can't believe someone didn't build a drag race version of this car. There are a couple of T-birds this year, in Super Stock, but no Chicken Pits. You gotta love the slogan, Fastest Chicken in the South! If there is a guy named Clyde Torkle he needs one of these cars. LOL!

Love your stories,love your passion,model car building is so cool,I got a 1/24 model of the DDA 1971 Holden HQ Monaro & have started building,it' a kit based off the diecast models made by the same company but an actual kit you can paint & build,keep up the great videos mate

In the 60s, it was hand painting for funny cars or stockers, no Cadys then. One guy was quite the artist and would skunk everyone else in the contests. Years later, when I met Fred Cady and his wife, it was a game changer for all of us.

Luka, great model. I watched this video for the first time last year after hearing you talk about it and loved every minute. Now that I have your attention, I'm down here in New Zealand. I know you talk to Jr from Salvinos JR. I'm hoping you watched or at least heard about my hero SVG winning the Nascar race in Chicago. I am certain a decal sheet of his Project 91 2023 Camaro will sell like hotcakes down here. Better tell him to send a couple of containers of 2023 Camaro Nascar kits to hobby shops in New Zealand and Australia to put the decals on. I've been thinking about buying one of those Nascar kits, now I want one.
