Thank you for this recipe - it was really easy to make. I put 2 anchovie fillets in with the olive oil, substituted the shalots for leeks as my store didn't have any. I also added broccoli florets instead of peas... My boyfriend loved it. Got seconds and took a serving to work.

I made carbonara for the first time this week with actual pancetta and fresh parm and fully thought "Laura would be so proud of me!" 🤣🤣 I just planted my zucch seeds and cherry tomato starts out in the garden so I'm so excited to try out this primavera at the peak of summer! Always on the hunt for recipes that I can use my fresh produce (and my often overproductive herb garden) on 😆

This primavera pasta recipe looks delicious, healthy, and simple to make. I will definitely try making this dish!
Frozen peas, frozen veggies in general, are fresher than from store produce shelves because they are processed then frozen within hours, not days traveling to stores.
I think finding fresh peas in the USA is really difficult. My family says back home its very common to find fresh peas in the market but here, its almost always only sold frozen, unless you go to like whole foods probably. Even international farmers market do not have them!
When I just thought that somethings missing to get the right Umami, you came with that delicious Burrata, mmmh, now I’ll gonna try it. ❤😂

Wegmans is the BEST.! I live in Yardley (Bucks County) PA. They are building a brand new one 10 mins from my house. Every week I ride by to see the progress. Can’t wait. I’ve been going to the Wegmans in Princeton NJ. The new one will save me about 25 mins driving time. I LOVE Wegmans. Soooo many unusual products to choose from, and the quality can’t be beat.
@@cynthiaryan2901 I live in upper bucks and have one in Montgomery County about 20 minutes from where I live. That Wegmans was being built as we had plans to move and I was so disappointed to go from 5 min away to 20 😆

Question for Laura, my husband and I are staying away from white flour, white pasta and so I'm looking for recipes that are vegetarian like this one. What can I do if I want something else besides pasta in a pasta dish? What could I do differently? Any ideas. I'm trying to focus on losing some weight and pasta is my favorite so I don't know what to do. What are some options?
There are wholemeal pasta options, as well as "protein" pastas made from chickpeas, peas, lentils etc (no flour). if you want to remove the pasta altogether, I would add chickpeas (garbanzo) or maybe white beans in here instead, or even some rice, couscous, quinoa, or any other type of grain!

Laura - Aren't you ever concerned about the health impact of all the dairy you consume? It is so immune system clogging, never mind constipating. It would be great to see some recipes without a bunch of cheese added. Couldn't you use more herbs for flavor instead?
