So many memories are flooding back. Not enough space to type all the information. I had 2 beetles and a beach buggy while in SA. Thank you.
Glad you enyoyed this one, it was so much fun we're already planning the next trip
Fusca é Fusca aguenta tudo. Estranho ver com direção a direita. Tive um 78 1300L melhor carro que já tive😢. Um abraço do Brasil 🇧🇷👏👍👍👏
hey guys! my grandmother drove Nairobi to Cape Town in the late 1950's in her VW Beetle with my dad (toddler). Amazing what the little buggers can do!
Epic journey, I've got a blue 72 and absolutely adore these cars, great vid and channel 👏👏
Super awesome seeing you do this! Beautiful camp spots and beautiful filming :)
Thanks bud!👊🏻
Awesome! just refresh your engines (or even go higher?) and lift 1~3 inches (spindles, suspension and/or tires) and you can explore more!
My first car was a 76 model 1600 with the big robot size taillights. No breakdowns ever😁. Suppose a”back-to-basics” trip can be a lot of fun too.
Proof that these vehicles need to be driven, once they stand for a long period of time small things start failing from age
I love this car!
Haha this was awesome, well done Hendri and gents!
Just love it, can’t wait for next update
Can't wait for our next trip!
Love the Beetle had one only issue its the german engine change the engine to japanese and it may out live u
Well done guys... May you grow!

Thanks Tim all the best for the new year to you guys too!
back in the 70s that is all we used, beetles, buses.
Those beetles are beasts! That’s a great looking campsite where on the west coast is that?
Trekoskraal👌🏻

Love it buddy! Goodluck for 2022 and I hope to see more epic content from you guys! :D
Thanks Soutie👊🏻 Likewise, you bet we'll be burning the midnight oil more this year. Looking forward to your big trip videos 👌🏻
What size engine you have?
Lekker times - great video!
Even a severely out of tune vdub gets the job done. Imagine how much better it would have been if they had them both in a better state of tune 🤔
Wouldn't be nearly as fun to watch if they had zero issues on a trip😉
Oh the poor clutch
Gotta get out somehow
Where on the west coast is this?
Haha, this was suoer entertaining and refreshing.
Thanks Marlon, maybe we should pop by your farm on the next Safari trip 😉
@@HendriMouton most welcome. Life is still very rough here, so bring tents! We have some trails you can blaze for us 😌
Baie cool dude 👌
Nice broo
Dynamite comes in small packages
