Sailing Great Lakes - Alpina to Grand Island Michigan - Practical Dreams

In this video we visit a shipwreak museum in Alpina Michigan then get underway headed to the Soo Locks in Sault Ste. Marie. On the other side we are finally in Lake Superior and are met with some heavy weather. This video ends with us making it to Grand Island Michigan.

That noise from the factory would be absolutely horrible! It is always a balance between sailing and motoring. I call ourselves cruisers and not so much sailors. We cruise and sail mostly around the 5 knot mark. Great video guys!
