This video saved me! I have been trying to make a table for over 5 years! I thot I was incapable able of learning it. Now I see I can just bold the lines and get whatever I want. I was trying to move those silly computer lines, and I could never get my table set up, much less add data to it. This was AMAZING! Thank you SO much. 😊😊😊 I was definitely overthinking it. Thank you for showing all those cool features and how to find them as well. I can't right click on an iPad, but I will look for a workaround for that. You've inspired me!

Thank you but can you create similar data tables to MS Excel where rows created automatically not manually by pressing Tab or go to the next row. I guess that is what most of us are looking after! Anyway thankful for your effort :-)

so much useless information. This is a beginners tour to google sheets not how to make a data table. you might as well do this by hand with cave drawings.
This is not a Data Table. Wrong terminology. A table with data - yes. But Data Table - no. Example of Data Table in Excel: www.excel-easy.com/examples/data-tables.html
The data table is different. Select the area you want to turn into a table then DATA -> Filter Views -> Create Filter View
