I had exactly the same bike when I was 19 years old. Traded it for some cash and a ‘43 WLA, you don’t see this bike so often, it sure hits my memory emotions, 43years ago. Time goes on by but stil love to ride the Harley’s 👍🏼👍🏼🇱🇺❤️

Very nice motorcycle. I want to put raised white letter tires on my Low Rider and curious if you had a brand/size you like. I see this bike has black wall tires. They look good but not as cool as a white letter tire would (IMHO).

77 and 78 are ALMOST identical. You’re absolutely correct about the value diffence
I’ve got a 79 Low Rider I’m 6’2” and old so yeah forward controls would be better but I think the FXS Shovel is a fine machine 👍🏼
