華為以前設計的麒麟晶片也是台積代工，就是太強大了，威脅到APPLE，老美一開始說含有美國技術12.5%就不能替華為代工，結果其實佔不到12.5%，所以TSMC繼續替華為代工，卑鄙老美於是改有含美國技術就不能替華為代工，彼時中芯製程太差，不得已華為才買高通cpu，還不能用5G功能，明明5G舉世華為專利佔率最高，美國不只是無恥，根本是土匪強盜。
你說錯了，是美積電，美國擁有最大的股份。所以美國說了算，就算沒有美國技術，你也不能賣。
