She turned it off, rolled over and went back to sleep. I pretended to be asleep. I think deep down, we both knew it was wrong. My daughter is now 25. She's recently finished her Master's in Physics. I never pushed her in that direction. but that's where she ended up. I proof-read her thesis and made numerous suggestions. I hate to admit it, but her thesis was better than mine. The idea that we could have missed all that makes me sick to my stomach.

As she recalls it was probably between 4-6 appointments. She wanted the abortion because she already had one son and one daughter, was pretty young, and there was an 8 year gap between her pregnancy with me and my sister before that. That is the reasoning as she has explained it to me. Finally, after missing multiple appointments her friend drove up and said, "c'mon are we doing this thing or not?" My mom finally just said, "I can't, I can't do it." My parents are now separated and my dad likes to say he tried to talk my mom out of the abortion to which she rolls her eyes but doesn't completely deny but also insists she made the call. As much as I appreciate my dad's effort, it pales in comparison to the gift of life my mom gave me which I appreciate so much more. Sometimes life has been total crap. Like many, there have even been some day I have cursed the day I was born. But all in all, I am thankful for the experience to live MY life.

Science disagrees if it is anywhere between 20 to 26 weeks as to when a fetus can actually feel pain. That could be the end of the second trimester (now including more states) but certainly in the third. Therefore to discount the baby couldn't ever feel it is incorrect. So why don't you stop yawning and stay awake long enough to educate yourself before you make a comment such as yours.

I was diagnosed at birth with a genetic disorder. I was actually born via emergency c-section the day my mother was scheduled to have an amniocentesis, which would have also diagnosed me. According to my mother it was pretty dramatic. She woke up to my father's concern. They met with a genetic counselor. She gave them a list of symptoms that I may or may not have, and then offered statistics. She didn't tell them I would get a college degree, have a successful career or marriage. I knew about my disorder from the beginning. When I was around 6 or 7 we got our first computer with internet. I googled my disorder. The first thing that popped up was a Yahoo question and answer. The woman was pregnant with twins. She wanted to know if it was possible to abort the one with my genetic disorder. Abortion is traumatic. Abortion ends the life of a unique and important individual every time.

After discussing it with the father of my child. He said absolutely NOT and showed me a video of an actual abortion procedure. If the latter fails, many people resort to the former to "fix the problem." Plus, there is also the problem of using contraception properly when one is in the heat of passion.

I was diagnosed at birth with a genetic disorder. I was actually born via emergency c-section the day my mother was scheduled to have an amniocentesis, which would have also diagnosed me. According to my mother it was pretty dramatic. She woke up to my father's concern. They met with a genetic counselor. She gave them a list of symptoms that I may or may not have, and then offered statistics. She didn't tell them I would get a college degree, have a successful career or marriage. I knew about my disorder from the beginning. When I was around 6 or 7 we got our first computer with internet. I googled my disorder. The first thing that popped up was a Yahoo question and answer. The woman was pregnant with twins. She wanted to know if it was possible to abort the one with my genetic disorder. Abortion is traumatic. Abortion ends the life of a unique and important individual every time.

Honey, no. There wasn't even abortion appointments scheduled on the day she claimed that happened. I have seen that movie twice. Yeah, it's a good movie, and it is total fiction! I guess that is what makes it so good, the drama. If it was a factual movie about what happens inside Planned Parenthood health centers all day, it would be pretty mundane considering all they do is provide basic, everyday health services.

My aunt was a very well-trained and capable nurse for her entire working career.
One time in her early years she assisted with an abortion but was so repulsed by the horror of it which she experienced during it, she never again could support the practice. It only took once fo her to know that what was occurring was completely
Same with my neighbour. She worked in an abortion clinic and they done a late term abortion, the baby was left screaming in the room and she was ordered to close the door and leave it. She sat on the floor and listened to her helplessly cry then eventually it stopped, she was then told to put it in a waste bag. She left and never went back. She told me it haunted her

Not all contraceptives are 100% effect. Even if a woman had her tubes tied, there is still a possibility.

If you are voting for trump because you feel that every aborted person deserves a "right to life", I have a question for you. - If a law was enacted that forced every fertile woman to be inseminated and give birth to as many children as she could possibly bear, would you support that law? If not, which of those children would NOT have a right to life? Let me be clear; by being against this law, these children would never be born. It would be your choice (and all of those who voted with you), that these souls would never get to have a temporary earth visit.
