    You are usually able to land debuffs consistently after only a few water tenets are removed, so this is mostly just a damage role.
    Water 100% is pretty unorthodox but the grid is very accessible and if you lucked out on chars in water but not other elements this can be another option for you. Get some ultimas!

    Timeline:
    00:00 - Start: Save "Can't Act" for the first Termination Flare trigger! Your need some more buffs to do enough dmg
    02:55 - Wait for executioner
    03:39 - 75% / Deadalus Drive (Make sure your important units will survive this)
    04:39 - Get MT to the frontline soon. If she isn't there already try to get one of your less important units knocked out. Use s2 on herself. From here on just play however you want with the units you have in the front. If you need someone in the back/dead you can always revive them and knock someone else out
    06:15 - 50% / Cocoon | You can take it easy here. Baha doesn't do damage here apart from light tenets so you can use these 5 turns strategically to reduce cooldowns/bring in backliners or just burst out of it, if you would like to be kind to your teammates and not increase the tenet counts too much. Post cocoon, Super Baha does a lot more damage and his arcadias suck so now is the time to spam qilins/can't act/bursts/whatever.

    Omens:
    I would keep watch of the turn count and make sure you're prepared to cancel 20m CA DMG and 10 debuffs. Try to cancel anything you're able to cancel so you look good to your teammates lol
    Arcadia Foteinos (10 Debuffs) - Cancel this one if you can, purging light is really annoying to deal with. Maybe save some bar in prep for turn 6, 12...
    Arcadia Skliros (20m CA DMG) - EZ cancel
    Arcadia Laimargos (20m Skill DMG) - Guard/Eat
    Arcadia Gnosis (60 Hits) - Guard/Eat
    Termination Flare (15m DMG) - Cancel if you can, or delay it if you can't. Save your can't act for the first time this appears, you are prob dead if you take this unguarded
    Empyreus Verse (20m DMG) - Cancel if you can or let it kill someone/hit unchallenged, you can revive this
    Arcadia Eclipse - Guard/Eat
    Arcadia Tromos - Cancel if you can
    Arcadia Apocryphus - Cancel w/Qilin or just eat it who cares
    Crisis Crunch (20m DMG) - Cancel if you can. Delayable

    Summons:
    Europa - Safety net
    Beelzebub - Extra damage & emergency debuff arcadia helper. Not mandatory
    Qilin - Dead horse
    Thor is a good slot
    Belial ig if you find him worth it in this ougi comp
    An echo summon (Charybdis, Frost Lord's Army) can be used with some combination of multistrike buffs (Kengo/Vajra) and Poseidon's Sk2 to clear 60 hits, but IMO this is investing way too much in order to prevent a relatively mild buff (Superior DMG shouldn't rly be a problem, with this comp).
    Characters:
    Vajra - Essential
    Baby - Extremely good (Sk3, debuff)
    Poseidon - Very good at reducing damage at the start of the fight. Acts as a charge bar battery. Andira likely works well too, maybe even better
    Maria Theresa - Great healer/buffer and an ez way to survive 75%
    Haaselia - Strong prog weapon post rebal. Meter/unchallenged is useful if she comes out (unchal bypasses godsight). Not mandatory
    You can bring a character like H. Rosetta instead of Haaselia to sub post 10% (sacrifice MC with the substitute subskill) and help execute lol
    I have seen some Varuna players eating 75 and toughing out the strongarm, garrison prob makes this a lot less risky. Now that DEF awakening Schrodingers exist for magna you can get higher HP than from aubs, plus DEF, which may let you drop MT for a sub-all char instead of Haaselia so you can keep her backline passive. I'll test it out
    Grid:
    Kaneshige
    Colombas/Schrodingers now - Mandatory ougi weapon
    Zithers - Mandatory ougi weapon
    Auberons - Very good for bulking up. Helps you not get KO'd at the start of the fight
    Baha Spear - Very good for bulking up and damage.
    Militis Bow - Boosts lacking EX damage in the grid. Not crucial, can be swapped with whatever (Sephira Gun, Militis Fist [better], Ultima 5* [lol], etc.)
    I use the majesty chain in the video but stamina has better damage and is still very safe.

    Subskills:
    Splitting Spirit - Extra damage, also helps boost your party's meter if you save it for emergencies. Can be used to lower MC's health into MT range if things line up well enough.
    No More Doubt - Like splitting spirit but more damage, doesn't cut your HP
    Revive - Revives, very useful post 75%
    Splitting spirit is the most replaceable of the three. You could bring other skills such as:
    - Clarity, for freak accidents
    - Substitute, may let you take turn(s) post 10%.
