This song reminds me of someone I loved in the past, and I guess mahal ko pa din. I was so stupid letting him go, thinking he's too perfect for me. He's very caring, thoughtful, selfless, loves me so much compared to me who was so immature, selfish and all. I cheated on him, and left him. I got married to another guy and everything was okay until our 7th year. He cheated on me, and we were about to give up our marriage that time. That was the moment I met my ex again after 10 years of no communication. I was in a bad situation that time, issues with my marriage, family and career. I was too ashamed to face him, honestly. But he gave me his forgiveness, and told me he still love me. To my surprise, he's still single. He wants to have a child with me, and wants to give better life to me and my kids. I got swayed for a very short time, but then I realized I couldn't bear my kids to be in a situation that will break their hearts. When he accepted that there's no chance for both of us, he bid his last goodbye. That was the last time we saw each other. I fixed my marriage, for my kids, but I guess everything between me and my husband will never be the same. And as to my ex,I dream of him almost every night. Maybe I just miss him so much. I remember sitting next to him while listening to this song. He will always hold a special place in my heart.
