Louis Vuitton's outrageous customer service | Return due to quality issues on LV Nano Speedy

  • In this chit chatty video, I share my recent experience with Louis Vuitton's customer service with you: and one might say, the Louis Vuitton customer service is nearly as bad, as their quality (if not even worse). I wanted to return my LV Nano Speedy due to quality issues - within the regular return period - yet still the LV customer service asked me some strange questions and gave me a bad feeling over all. I just wanted to send back a Louis Vuitton bag with quality issues - and was kinda accused, that I might have worn and flawed that empreinte leather nano Speedy handbag. Is this outrageous, or do you think this kind of behavior from LV's customer service is ok and I'm overreacting?
