Thanks Doug, I was trying to pair the remote. You might want to mention in one of your videos, if you update talon software, everything has to be re-paired. Thanks to you I purchased a new 15” Solix and got it installed two weekends ago. I let Greg Beamer know you were the one who sold me on the new Solix by watching your videos.

Doug have you ever had any problems with using your ultrex remote to put your talons down? I just did all the updates to the talons and ultrex and at first it worked flawlessly. When I tried to show someone later on it was like they weren't paired. I could use the app on my phone, the talon remote and the buttons on the talons, however I could not use the ultrex remote, like I said it was like they weren't paired. So I attempted to repair them and it wouldn't pair. So I powered down the ultrex and eventually it worked, but I have no idea why it wouldn't work

I rarely use the ULTREX Remote because I can do everything I need with footpedal or Humminbird unit.
