I think you’re overthinking this. If you search CZcams, you’ll see many CZcamsrs have made videos about how much they made including Peach McIntyre, Belove, etc. Sometimes they’ll discuss how much their first check was etc. it’s your prerogative but I don’t think any harm was intended in asking. And you’re right about it being rude to ask someone about their income but again in this case many CZcamsrs have made such videos.
