Nico, you can tell with all the topsport to perform you need to be with your mind to be confident. I liked you to be open about the circumstances you are in. To improve you need to be in a true confidence with yourself. What you could see this event so far, the better you felt the better you performed. So the lesson I think is to be with your mind upfront of your body. You will see this will work out. I wish you good last sessions. You can do it

Great format quick editing, thank you. Indeed, your jibes looked a bit shy, compared to your usual standards. And it seems you're always making a better "after jibe relaunch" when you make it very close to the boe. You look less confortable jibing wide (compared to other events so far I mean).

Start
You need so much improvisation doing these races. You don't know if the wind allows to do races during the day or how much races. The conditions constantly change from heavy wind until wind in which you have to pump to get planing. You have to choose and adapt sail sizes constantly. Then you have the crashes and the injuries. It is very exciting but it seems very stressful participating in these events.
